Your favorite fanartist/author gives you one request, what do you ask for?

This one is hard because whenever I think of a Cool Idea™, I get extra possessive over it LMAO. At the moment, I guess I’m curious about how a good resurrection/zombification could look like for Dany and her dragons LMAO (I am Heartbroken about the dragons more than anything else LOL… I wanted the three of them to live so badly… *sniffs*.

A ship you’ve abandoned and why.

I don’t think I’ve ever abandoned anything I’ve shipped-shipped… at most I became disinterested in a casual ship when something better came along, or started disliking one of its members and it lost the appeal (like with the few mcu!Steve ships I used to low-key like LOL). But OTPs tend to stay and come back to haunt me years later :P

What’s a ship that you want to ship publicly, but everyone on tumblr hates it so you keep your mouth shut about it?

I am… legitly coming up blank with this one LMFAO. Partially it’s probably because my OTPs are less Problematique™ than my pro-shipper stance will lead others to think xDD (I mean, my current fandom is the MCU and my tastes there are so vanilla and wholesome it’s EMBARRASSING. My OTPs are Pepperony and Iron Husbands, ffs. At least the comics have more hero/villain goods available. I think I lean extra hard on Hela/Valkyrie, which I only ship ~casually, from time to time because it’s the most controversial one I have for the films :P –there’s a fic in there somewhere I’ll write, eventually).

But I’m also pretty open with the ships I’m into that fall into ~controversial camps, like incest (Ben x Klaus is probably ahead, though I could be into a lot of the other Hargreeves ships tbh; Lannicest… one day I’ll watch The Borgias and Cesare/Lucrezia better consume me), big age gaps (Carlos x Scott… anything that involves vampires and high-school-aged people I guess xD), enemy ships and abusive ships (Katherine/Stefan -or others-; I was into May/Ward and Daisy/Ward for a while), etc. etc. 

Hmm… I think out of all my ships EVAH, the one I’d have less confidence talking about in tumblr in another context (since it’s from a Spanish tv show that aired when I was a child, so nobody here would care xD) is Lucas/Sara, which would’ve been… reviled in the current fandom climate xD (or not, because it was an Epic ShowTP and fandom is hypocritical as fuck).

It had a significant age-gap (even if the relationship started later, she started pursuing him when she was 16, I think? Which is the current age of consent in my country –that happened only a few years ago, it used to be 13 while I was growing up… yeah… no comment–; he was in his very late 20s or very early 30s, I don’t remember), he used to be married to her aunt (who then married her other aunt... it be like that) so you have the pseudo-incest angle xD, they had messy breakups and fights, love triangles that wrecked everyone’s lives… yeah, that ship would’ve been hard to like in purity culture era, yup. Even if it was very much a case where the show was clear-sighted about their issues, IMO. And I’m not even sure if I’d ship it as much if the show aired now, because age-gaps are more of a personal deal-breaker now than they were when I was younger, to be honest.
