Imagine you are in a life death situation, you are transversing a river and if you fall the chances of survival will be minimal. But you feel you have a lack of energy to survive? What must kick in to enable your survival. Quite simply a change of your mindset. When we are ready to give up the brain still has 40% more strength left. Its because we are used to doing things a certain way that some of our beliefs may be false. For me the last thing I wanted was to fall or lose my grip and come down badly and put strain on my injured and still very swollen knee. My biceps at this were burning, I had barely enough energy left to move my feet forward. Yet somehow I did.
