What were you doing when you were 16? Meet Kaamya Karthikeyan, a Mumbai teenager who just became the YOUNGEST INDIAN to summit Mount Everest from the Nepal side! Alongside her naval officer father, S. Karthikeyan, this class 12 student from Navy Children School in Mumbai accomplished this remarkable feat on May 20. But that’s not all! Kaamya’s adventurous spirit has taken her to six of the highest peaks across seven continents. Her next daring goal? To climb Mt.Vinson Massif in Antarctica this December, aiming to become the youngest girl to complete the ‘7 Summits Challenge.’ At Kairos Kudos Kaamya Karthikeyan determination and remarkable achievement! We wish her continued success in her quest to conquer the highest peaks on all seven continents.
