Zarries are being deranged again. They are now claiming that alternative IICF video as “Zarry Proof” because the video showed Zayn once or twice when Harry sang “missing half of me” (even though the first part was showing Larry sitting together and then showed Zayn sat on the other side of the plane near Liam) and also Niall was shown during another “missing half of me” verse too. They are also claiming that Harry wrote this song for Zayn when he left the band which makes no sense because of the lyrics. Harry was in LA alone when he wrote this song and the entire presence is “If I could fly I would be coming right back home to you.” And “I'm missing half of me. When we're apart.” “But now you're here and I don't feel a thing.” It’s literally about being away for a short time from someone you love, reflecting and feeling the pain of all the obstacles you face together, but then being reunited with them and even though there are still obstacles, it doesn’t matter because you feel whole with them. It’s very clearly about his relationship with Louis. Hence the mention of being with that person again after a short break (2 week rule) as far as we know Harry didn’t even seen Zayn for a long while after he left 1D so why would he be writing “But now you’re here.” I really need Zarries to think, honestly half the time I’ve convinced half of them are bots sent to disrupt the fandom because there is so way so many people are this stupid.

They are also claiming that Louis is jealous because he was obsessed with Harry and Harry wanted Zayn….. what world are they living in??!

You literally lost me at the mention of zarries.

Listen, we’re trapped in a fandom where people think Louis is straight, Louis is a father, Harry is bi, all of Harry’s beards were really girlfriends (except Olivia because everyone hates her), Zarry is real, Louis is obsessed with Harry, Harry is obsessed with Louis and ruined his career, and it goes on and on.

It’s literally all so stupid.

Even if H&L did interact like all the others and people were commenting “Larry” they can just ignore it and act like it doesn’t mean anything or is a big deal. Like when the other boys interact there’s always comments like “Narry” or “Lilo” and no one thinks anything of it and even the boys don’t care and just like the comments sometimes. Even Liam and Zayn share “Ziam” accounts to their stories etc who are promoting their stuff. Like no one really cares about any of the ships or make it a big issue at all, which is the reason no one takes it serious. If Larry did that honestly less people would think their was something going on.

While I agree that them interacting for us (and I’m talking about larries on Tumblr in our little bubble where no one is making literally EVERYTHING about larry and throwing blue and green hearts everywhere) it could be a good thing and “normalizing” the situation could help, I don’t think that’s it’s an actual doable situation for some reasons, otherwise that would already have been done.

I’ve watched my fair share of narry, zarry, etc videos but I never saw what I see in the larry ones. With the others you can see it’s just frienship, with Harry and Louis you can totally see there’s more

I had a dream Zayn's new music video was sort of a recreation of Taylor's video where she and Katy Perry reconciled their friendship/ended their feud, but instead of them it was Harry and Zayn who smiled at each other and. Will I ever be free of Zarry? Probably not😩

Shippers are annoying. Be it holivians, larries, zarries. Like heaven forbid, Harry's music and his videos are about him. They act like he's not allowed to write about himself or his own feelings, it always has to be about someone else. How can you as his "fans" like you claim you are dismiss his feelings so easily because for you your ship is more important? You're better off not being his fan at all then if that's all you're worried about.

with all the 1d content we’ve been getting- lilo at louis’ premier and niall confirming he was hiking with harry- i reread your 25 chapter fic which has become one of my ultimate comfort reads. thank you for allowing me to revisit something that brought me so much joy when i was younger through your writing!

with that being said, your writing has made me craaave more 1d h/c fics. i know you’ve got a fic coming soon and many more in the works, but id like to request a few things if it’s not too much…

- not sure if you’ve seen the video of harry suffering from hayfever in australia (during moments i think?), but the poor thing was really going through it. i’m sure he felt miserable and louis was there to help him through that :)

- harry needing his inhaler during 2012 msg performance

- harry’s cold on the late late show w james cordon. he sounded so sick so i’m sure he felt a lot worse than he let on

- harry needing to sing during the live lounge

- niall’s knee injury (getting hit with the phone in the knee too)

- *i know this is a sensitive one so i 100% understand if you aren’t comfortable writing about this* but zayn’s ed and the boys (esp harry) supporting him during this time. zarry will forever have a special place in my heart

as someone who struggles with similar issues, i’ve thought about writing for zayn since i think it would be cathartic. i’d have to do it in a really cautious way and focus on comfort more than hurt, but it’s definitely something i’ve considered. great ideas, i’ll add them to the list. thank you so so much!! <3

Lmao I was a young and naive Larrie circa 2012 and let me tell you, neither you or any other jikookers I've seen sound like a larrie.

Larrie refers to shipping Louis and harry from one direction. The difference is that larries relied heavily on theories and speculation. Without them larries would have no case except for a few videos early in one direction's career. By the end of One direction, Louis and harry were existing inn the band and pretending like the other didn't exist. You couldn't show people unedited content and have them make their own conclusions like we can we jikook.

omg yes, the zarries too. but at least in my experience with them so far is that they are not as loud and annoying as the larries, plus there are many who i saw ship them as just friends. i came across a video on tiktok today of harry singing you&i on live on tour in 2018 and saying 'i miss you' after zayn's part and they immediately made it a zarry moment lol

Yea there is not as many zarries as there is larries. Like I kinda see why they would think they are together but Harry’s songs tell a different story. It’s funny to see them try to make his songs Larry. “You got to change the pronouns and She is about the woman that lives inside Harry” 😂

I totally with you re: Olivia pulling on Harry’s heartstrings. I’m an empath and I fully believe that Harry is too, I see a lot of my own empathic traits in him so I don’t think it’s easy for him to cut people off and be done with them just like that because he feels other peoples feelings. It’s so difficult to look after yourself and do what’s right for you when you can literally feel what the other person is feeling.

As a side note, I’ve watched some Zarry videos (I like to look into everything to make a fair judgement for myself, I’m wholeheartedly a Larrie after making these judgements and doing research) and I feel like a lot of Harry’s behaviour towards Zayn is empathy being mistaken for romantic feelings. Zayn struggled in the band, it’s no secret and I feel like Harry took on a lot of Zayn’s feelings and felt them himself, in an empathic way ❤️

Oh, what a lovely way to connect to Harry. I can definitely see what you mean. He’s very sensitive towards other’s people’s feelings, yet being an empath doesn’t (have to) mean, he can’t set boundaries and make his emotions a priority too.

I hope that he’s able to distance himself when needed, and can still be empathetic enough to be respectful of other people’s feelings.

Empathy is a gift first, and shouldn’t be a burden. But knowing first hand - some can only learn that later in life. Therapy is a great resource if one is privileged enough to get one that is.

Hi :) I was twitter and saw a video... well more of an audio clip. It was "Zayn" talking about "bringing girls back to their hotel rooms" or something. The replies were full of zarries who believe that "Harry and Zayn used to have 3some's and orgies with fans" and stuff. There were some people who were saying it was debunked and that was not Zayn. Do you know anything about that? (p.s ik the orgy thing reg zarry is not real, just wanted to know what you think)
