Review of drama:

Ok so it was very very interesting. /gen I'm not joking. In the beginning, I definitely got like lost tomb vibes but after some time and thought, I realized, I shouldn't compare the two. There many differences, including the appearance of supernatural beings. Also no cute gay moments between any characters so that was a shame. It was a lot more subtle or at least more natural seeming creatures in lost tomb while candle in the tomb did not hold back. I really enjoyed it and literally breezed through it. No regrets and I shall go on to the second season! (which will also have a whump list) (coming soon to theaters near you!) I hope you enjoy! It's a great show.

I wanted to write “kiss the cook” with the intentional mistake in the word “cook” on the apron, but decided I want a decent drawing. But I can totally imagine Zhao Yunlan buying such kitchen attribute and making Shen Wei wear it. And wiggle his eyebrows every time he sees it
