Thank you for your patience. I have been deep in the lab doing awesome work on my body and with my clients. I follow my body when it tells me to speak to people. It never leads me astray. I met these awesome guys when I first got to Austin, Texas in March . They were playing frisbee two-fers in Big Stacy Park. I stopped to watch them. They all had in green t-shirts that said “Come And Toke It” with a picture of a Marijuana leaf and a splif on it...(scroll right to see it) I felt compelled to chat with them. Some of the coolest cats I have ever met. The youngest one was age 60. They play out in the park every first Saturday of the month at 11am-ish... I don’t toke but I had to buy one of their shirts when I first met them... They told me to make sure I come back to play with them. This month... I played with them! It was awesome! They made me feel welcome... they even took it easy on me because my frisbee game is way shabby. Live. Connect. Have fun. #ComeAndTokeIt #bigstacypark (at Big Stacey Pool)

We can inspire each-other mutually. Add Water➡️Stir➡️Repeat Keeping people on pedestals does not allow for connection. Looking down on people doesn’t either. When we separate ourselves and utilize hierarchy in out interactions, we interrupt the potential for connection. We all have gifts. Some may be flashy and huge, some may be subtle and small in stature. All are valuable and contribute to the everything that we are. We are all a chain. When a link weakens, the whole chain becomes jeopardized. We have to make sure that even the smallest links are secure. Otherwise the chain is compromised. There is value in all people. A bigger package doesn’t mean that the significance is greater. a smaller package doesn’t mean the significance is less. When we start to see things this way, the idea that we are separate fades. The need for control of others and the idea of scarcity fades. We can grow and evolve together with a compulsion to create and expand without limits. Love yourself! So... at the SXSW wellnes expo this past weekend @getphysikole and I connected with @daysyfertilitytracker. This was the absolute best innovation at the whole exhibit. It allows fertility tracking for birth control and birth generation purposes. This company encourages women to learn the importance of the fertility cycle in everyday life. They have created something that is innovative, easy, seamless and comprehensive. It synchs to a mobile app and even has a companion app so the user’s partner can ride along and be an integral part of the process. I highly recommend checking them out!
