Yay for being on top of it this morning 😁.
And another plus for today, I'm having porridge for my first meal. With whole milk and a splosh of cream. No apple today. Strawberries (picked from my own garden!) And blueberries.
Dziś dam radę, pocwicze tabate przynajmniej do -500 kcal, jeśli mi się uda to zrobię całą na -900 kcal, jakby.. szukam motywacji, żeby ktoś też wierzył w to, że mi się uda schudnąć, że nie będę już zawsze grubą świnią..
The strength moves weren't much of a challenge. I could do light weight resistance training in my sleep if I'm honest. Well, if I ever got any sleep that is, lol. But that's just because I know what I'm doing, and I can go through the motions without putting too much thought into them.
The tabata intervals......not so much 😂.
Well, I obviously still know what I'm doing, but they definitely challenged me. Partly because I actually put full effort and intensity into them rather than going a bit steadier at times.
Excellent all rounder. I'm most certainly a fasted workout advocate!
