I’ve had a horrible start to the year, spending most of it in a deep depression following new years where my ongoing battle against addiction got the better of me, leading to me drinking again and not being able to control it, which hurt alot of friends and damaged many relationships with them, and has since caused my mental health to plummet to rock bottom.
