We are a DID system of 13+ and many in our system are heartbroken at the moment over not having family that cares. The body is 32 weeks pregnant right now and we could have this baby as early as 2 weeks. But not one thing has been purchased on our registry EXCEPT for a few baby gates that WE PURCHASED from the registry. Even if no one bought us a thing, we at least expected someone in our very large extended family to care, to reach out, to want to be apart of this with me/us. We just wanted someone in our family to care enough to show effort. But we should have known better and not gotten our hopes up. We should know by now that we're alone and they don't care. It's just heartbreaking to have that confirmed so blatantly. During the time we're expecting to go into labor, the whole family has plans for a family reunion at the KC Zoo. We were sorta invited but was not taken into account when planning the reunion.. We're just feeling very angry and sad. We feel so alone in this world...

Hey, new to Tumblr but needed to find more systems who can be our friend and give support. The husband is supportive but doesn't understand on a personal level. He is also going through his own transitions and acceptance of this trauma disorder. We have been aware of our system for 9 months but do not have our official diagnosis yet.
