The theme for #iwd2022 is ‘break the bias’ for a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. Because even in today’s day and age we still have gender pay gaps, female leaders are still lacking, violence against women and girls persists, and women still fall behind men in terms of education and healthcare. As a female-led business— supporting and empowering women and artisans has been at the heart of what we do— we wanted to take this opportunity to shine spotlight on some incredible social enterprises we work with that are helping #breakthebias —-@auroville_papers @ahambhumika, @varnamcraftcollective ,@Blue Jaipur, who work at the #grassroots level to help revive art and craft forms and empower artisans, but also specifically make it a mission to train, upskill and employ women artisans ⭐️.
