I’m trying a new for me technique. I saw this artist, Megan Koch, on ArtStation that created this fabulous Snail Kingdom artwork. My favorite part was the waterfall. I recreated the waterfall and changed up the rest. This is my first time drawing in isometric scale. Let me know what you think of my art. I was digging through some old sketch books and came across this old poem I wrote back in 1998. In was written in response to a news article I read where a VA woman had her children taken away from her because her family called CPS on her. Why? Because she was in love with a woman. It hit me hard by how wrong that was. I put my thoughts to paper. I tend to do that when I’m upset or angry. This poem was the result.
