A Childhood Stolen by War 💔

When I think of my little sister Sham, the first thing that comes to mind is her innocent laughter that used to fill our home with joy.
Sham, who is just four years old, was once a lively, energetic child, full of innocence and unaware of anything but playing with her toys 🧸🎈.
But now, she carries a burden too heavy for her tiny shoulders, a burden that has stolen her childhood and weighed down her little heart.
Since the war began, everything has changed.
We have been forced to flee several times, each time hoping that it would be our last stop 😔🏚️.
Sham would watch us silently as we packed our few belongings, her eyes reflecting fear and confusion about what was happening around her 😔.
With every move, Sham lost a part of her little world—leaving behind her friends, her toys, and even the sense of safety she once knew at home 🏡.
In the last place we sought refuge, Sham started developing a health problem that began to appear on her skin.
At first, we didn’t know what caused it, thinking it was just an allergic reaction due to the constant changes in environment 🌍.
But as time passed, red patches began to appear on her small body, and each day the patches grew worse, turning into painful sores 😢.
Sham cried from the pain, and we couldn't afford to get her the necessary treatment😢
Access to doctors or medicine became almost impossible due to the ongoing conflict 🚫🩺, and we now live in a place lacking the most basic necessities.
Sham would ask us innocently, "Why can't I play like I used to? Why does my skin hurt?" 🥺, and all we could do was reassure her that everything would be okay, even though deep inside, we felt completely helpless.
Our constant displacement has also affected her nutrition 🍽️.
We can no longer provide healthy food, which has weakened her immune system, making her vulnerable to illnesses 🤒.
Sham, who was once a healthy child before the war, is now frail, her body unable to fend off the diseases that keep chasing her.
Despite all this pain, Sham remains a child 🌸.
Even in the hardest moments, she tries to smile 😊, searching for small moments of joy in anything she can find around her.
But those smiles have become rare, filled with sadness that no child her age should ever know 😞.
Her story is the story of thousands of children who have suffered because of the war 🕊️.
The war did not spare anyone, young or old, and it did not show mercy to Sham's childhood.
Her life has been suspended between pain, fear, and deprivation.
All we want is to give her back a piece of the life she deserves 🎨.
We are doing everything we can to provide Sham with the treatment she needs and to restore the sense of safety she has lost, but we cannot do it alone 🤲.
We need your support, not only to secure medicine and treatment but to give Sham the chance to live her childhood as she should 🌸.
Every contribution can help heal her wounds and bring back the smile we’ve missed 💖.
We hope her story touches your kind hearts, and that you will extend a helping hand to a little girl who has known nothing but pain. 😔❤

to manifest your sp faster or to manifest anything, you just need to release all your worries and anxieties, do not tend to overthink about the situation alot, this way your manifestation will just delay more. don't get too desperate about the result okay? i know it's hard but in order to manifest something you need to surrender to universe and trust universe completely ! just know that universe has your back and is working behind the scenes to bring your sp into your life, then why to worry? believe that your sp is right beside you, sitting with you, loving you.
trust that the universe is aligning all the right circumstances to bring your sp to you. just forget thinking about how and when you will get your sp. just know that you will be with your sp on the right time which will make you surprise and it will happen in just in blink of an eye.
while you’re waiting, turn your attention inward. focus on your own growth, happiness, and self-love. don’t dwell on the absence of your sp. by loving yourself and nurturing your own well-being, you become even more attractive and aligned with your desire. before you go to sleep, spend a few minutes visualizing that you are with your sp. imagine different situations and scenarios with them. this practice is crucial as it imprints these images on your subconscious mind, which works on them even while you sleep. visualization helps to create a sense of reality in your mind, making your desire feel attainable and real. upon waking up, the first thing you should do is write while visualizing being with your sp. describe in detail how you are already together, what you’re doing, and how it feels. this morning practice sets a positive tone for the day and reinforces your belief in your manifestation.
understand that manifestation works on its own timeline. stay patient and positive, knowing that everything is unfolding as it should. keep your vibration high always. i hope this blog helped you.

The Doll Project
I sulk way too much, I get depressed and fall into my bad habits, sleeping late, overthinking and maladaptive daydreaming; I am through letting my mind get to me. I will fix my mentality by finding the root of my issues and working on healing the wounds. For the next few months I will be turning into my “Model” self; reaching my goals, teaching myself things I don’t know and improving my life.
Phase 1 - Mentality
My model has the mentality of a monk, she worries about nothing and focuses on the present, she avoids temptation easily and never has second thoughts. She doesn’t know what insecurity is and always believes in herself.

Phase 2 - Health
My model doesn’t consume processed food or fast food! She knows the damage that they cause and has no intent on becoming a diabetic or overweight, she doesn’t suffer from insomnia and can sleep as soon as she hits the bed, she always gets 8 or more hours of rest. She loves to workout! Exercise is her best pal and she loves it unconditionally.

Phase 3 - Hygiene
My model is obsessed with being hygienic, she showers every day or every other day,
She has a strict shower routine that she goes by and never changes. Her dental health is good hands, she watches lectures by professionals and uses non chemical grade toothpastes on her teeth. She always looks clean and smells amazing.

Phase 4 - Faith
My model follows her own path in faith, she prays to God and keeps in touch with her Ancestors, she recites ancient Kongolese chants and keeps in touch with her culture. She reads the Bible and practices the scriptures as she goes on about life.

My model has a very symmetrical face, her smile is even and her face is well balanced and defined, she accentuates her Afrocentric features in the most majestic ways.

My model is the smartest person I know, she is incredibly disciplined and dedicated to self studying. In her free time she writes research papers and studies linguistics in various languages. She has a profound love for Mathematics; the basics all the way to vector algebra. Her best subject is science, all types. She reads 24/7! You never see her without her nose in a book.

My model is incredibly organized ✨ She has a planner as well as a tracker, for everything. School,bookkeeping, weight loss trackers, cleaning schedule. You name it she’s got it, she always keeps herself in check by writing all of her plans and goals down, she is the master of organization.

My model naturally has an attractive aura, everyone feels safe in her presence and urges to be near her when given the chance, she is many people’s “safe spot” and enjoys the company and compassion of others. She has a good personality, always willing to listen to others and offer support, she doesn’t judge others and despises the idea of backstabbing. She is caring, soft and kind.

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself 
what am i thinking right now? 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;  
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.

wake up at 5 am walking for 10 minutes brushing teeth workout drink 1 glass of warm water go to toilet (stooling) bath skin care breakfast at 9 am [recipe : oats with peanut butter, milk, cashew nut + almond sprinkled and honey (overnight in fridge will be great) ] study lunch at 1 pm [ lunch : any vegetable curry with rice ] study clean house at 4 pm workout + walking for 10 minutes drinking green tea at 6 pm study having dinner at 9 pm [ same as breakfast ] study drinking milk before sleeping brushing teeth skin care sleep

firstly , i would say to not rush things, take your time and do things slowly. if you rush things like doing multiple things at a time like you used to before, you might get overwhelmed or burn out. i'm actually saying this cause I have been through it, I hope you be productive as well as take care of yourself <3

create a simple routine for yourself which includes fewer and easier tasks for you, like reading 10 pages of any self help/motivational book, you can also give 1 hour time daily in your academics, doing some house chores and not using any electronic device for sometime. you can sit under a tree as tree can help your energy to cleanse and make you feel more lively. add "walking" in early mornings in your routine, i bet you will love it!!!!

now, this is kind of interesting! you can add a fun twist to your daily routine by creating three chits with tasks or hobbies written on them and placing them in a box or jar. each day, pick one chit at random and whatever task or hobby it suggests, go ahead and do it! write down the tasks you feel like doing each day and make chits for them. this activity might also motivate you to be productive daily! plus, add one new task chit daily to keep progressing baby!!!!!

pinterest always helps me get back on track, and it could do the same for you!! here's the plan: create a board on your pinterest account focused on being 'productive.' write something motivational in the description of the pinterest board so that every time you visit it, you feel energized and inspired. add pins about pretty hobbies, study motivation, self-help book recommendations, and anything else that catches your eye – you know pinterest is an endless source of aesthetically pleasing content. by envisioning your board daily in the morning, you'll feel motivated to be productive and work on yourself even more!"

please be kind to yourself during this process of getting back on track. appreciate every little achievement you do in your entire day. don't get sad if you can't meet your goals, remember even if you did 1 task in a day, it's actually still so much better than doing nothing at all right? take care of yourself and don't forget to compliment yourself how much an amazing person you are!!!! <3
