I LOVE YOU. What exactly is this love? People whisper and ask is it a LIKE love Or a LOVE love and giggle like it's a scandalous secret. Some people say it as easily as you open a tap and water flows out. It feels strange when those words form on my tongue because I'm not sure I mean them or not. I feel weird when people tell me they love me because now I have to say it back. Just a three letter word causes a tornado in my soul whether I hear it or have to say it like what's so difficult? It's not a nobel prize thesis or a graduation speech that your heart feels like it's gripped by an icy claw, it's just THREE words. My mouth tastes of paste as I force those words past my mouth so that no one is hurt but I'm left in an existential crisis that's beyond comprehension and logic.
