here's some things to do instead! - from an online schooler w an ed 💋
occupying your hands and mind ::
- workout ( #1 obvi )
- play games! dress up, animal crossing ow2, guitar hero, and mario with family are my faves
- try a new makeup/hair style
- make an entirely new spotify playlist with songs you've never listened to! try different albums and artists. super fun to expand your taste
- make a new pinterest board! working on one that's future you based is so fun. act like you're designing your new apartment, style, life!
- hobbies you probs haven't done in a while: draw & color, play instrument, sew/crochet/embroider, read, etc
- clean your room!! get your steps in, listen to fun music
- call your friends and play an online game :3 cards against humanity, among us (idc how corny), roblox
- "online shop"
- if you can hold yourself accountable to not eat: watch movies, tv shows, yt vids. long commentary videos on youtube are great, they pass sm time (nexpo and mina le ❤️‍🩹)
- if you seriously are sitting with a plate of food debating whether or not to eat it, spray perfume on it!!!!
past time and not think about food: SLEEP!

Fasting tips I wrote while fasting
1. Liquids-They make you feel so much fuller and just make fasting a lot more manageable
2. Exercise-I like doing HIIT workouts when I'm fasting to get into ketosis faster
3. Unbearable Hunger: If you feel like you can't handle it...eat low cal broth with tofu or sum in it and some green tea.
4. Get out of the house: Go out while fasting to sistract yourself

random tip:
if you feel like chewing something and you don’t have gum you can always make soft ice/ cotton ice, it only takes 1.5 hrs if the water is already refrigerated or 2.5 hrs if its room temp (there’s lots of tutorials on tiktok & yt). then for that time you cant eat anything since you’re waiting for ur soft ice!

god i hate myself, if i had more control id be at my goal (or even past that). ive always been seen as the ‘skinny’ friend in school but i just had adhd, low appetite, & high metabolism. Now because all i think about is food im reminded to eat constantly and i literally eat more than i did before my ëd 😭
