occupying your hands and mind ::
- workout ( #1 obvi )
- play games! dress up, animal crossing ow2, guitar hero, and mario with family are my faves
- try a new makeup/hair style
- make an entirely new spotify playlist with songs you've never listened to! try different albums and artists. super fun to expand your taste
- make a new pinterest board! working on one that's future you based is so fun. act like you're designing your new apartment, style, life!
- hobbies you probs haven't done in a while: draw & color, play instrument, sew/crochet/embroider, read, etc
- clean your room!! get your steps in, listen to fun music
- call your friends and play an online game :3 cards against humanity, among us (idc how corny), roblox
- "online shop"
- if you can hold yourself accountable to not eat: watch movies, tv shows, yt vids. long commentary videos on youtube are great, they pass sm time (nexpo and mina le ❤️🩹)
- if you seriously are sitting with a plate of food debating whether or not to eat it, spray perfume on it!!!!
if you feel like chewing something and you don’t have gum you can always make soft ice/ cotton ice, it only takes 1.5 hrs if the water is already refrigerated or 2.5 hrs if its room temp (there’s lots of tutorials on tiktok & yt). then for that time you cant eat anything since you’re waiting for ur soft ice!

Just let me be fucking skinny. I don’t want to eat like a normal person(barely) it’s fucking disgusting. it was 4 days in a row. I probably gained like 10 pounds. Omfg. I can’t. I am trying so hard. So fucking hard. I always get back on track but FUCK.
god i hate myself, if i had more control id be at my goal (or even past that). ive always been seen as the ‘skinny’ friend in school but i just had adhd, low appetite, & high metabolism. Now because all i think about is food im reminded to eat constantly and i literally eat more than i did before my ëd 😭
