October Chrysalis is an opportunity to process the outward by going inward, reflecting what’s found there through art and creativity. These prompts are open to interpretation and form - anything from taking a quick photo in the moment, to writing a poem, short story, or song, to a collage, drawing, video, or look of the day.. Whatever format you choose is the right one. Do them all, or do a handful that resonate. Hopefully these spark something within you - sit with each one for a moment and see what comes up.
