Sometimes I catch myself doing something, that used to be so hard, differently. And when I think about it, many times I find that the difference happened because of what I've been through with depression.

For example I used to have a pretty bad social anxiety and fear of failing and not doing something perfectly. Now it's easier for me and I don't think it's only antidepressants but also the massive shift of my outlook on life that happened due to the Big Sad®. While I was in it my life had no value which meant I didn't have to try and make myself perfect. I didn't care if I failed.

Some of that stayed and I'm glad

ah yes nothing beats coming out of the shower and crying for ten straight minutes after seeing your reflection in the mirror

at this moment i have one idea for the first post on a new ig account that'll get millions of followers (i'm delusional) and it's me saying "hey guyss, we're gonna start off by doing nothing" and then it's just a horizontal video of me laying on the bed and scrolling for half an hour with no signs of life otherwise

I've never been a sweaty thing, so now everytime I start sweating like crazy my first thought is "this is it, the time has done me a great injustice once more. the clock is ticking as the second summer crawls near and childbearing age comes to an end"
