I think my biggest worry about the new joker movie is that they're gonna make Harley the bad influence. I don't necessarily mind her not being a therapist (even though I think that's critical for her character) but they really can't make her the one who makes Arthur a worse person. At that point you're shedding Harley of literally any of her character traits. I get putting your own spin in things, I really do, but the abuse of joker really is what shapes her as a character, and her growth from that has been so important to a lot of women.
