🍤 Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry – Quick, Clean & Muscle-Friendly

🍽️ Recipe: Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) peeled shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Sauté garlic for 30 seconds
Add shrimp, cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink
Toss in vegetables and stir-fry for another 4–5 minutes
Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix and serve hot
