This is my recent most favourite quote and i so so relate to it! ❤️ Its with my personal experience i can say that the moment you shift your attention from anything which disturbs you to something which gives you some peace or little happiness; ❤️ You instantly shift from a negative energy paradigm to positive one. ❤️ You become more active than a lousy. ❤️ You are more happy than being sad. ❤️ You suddenly start getting outputs which you haven't since no. Okay so here is the catch... Just being physically present or available to someone or to something doesnt authenticate your truly being there! 💕 You as a whole is required to be present at the moment....
