When is The Hobbit 3 coming out?

According to reports, mid-December 2014, with the actual release date depending on what country you're in - see list of Hobbit 3 release dates by country.

A load of countries in Europe (plus, randomly, Kenya) look to get it on 10th December, with the USA having to wait until 17th December.
