Alright, I haven't been much active here lately but a lot has happened.

A few months ago I watched "Big Hero 6" for the first time and that unlocked a new favorite villain for me. And a reawakened motivation to do some GIF work. So stay tuned.

I also recently finished watching the final season of "Mike Tyson Mysteries". My binge watch started like two weeks ago but had to have a temporary pause before I went back to it. It's unfortunate the show didn't have a longer run, but understandable they couldn't continue. That one is much harder to do any GIF work because of obvious reasons, but I think I'll manage a couple of my favorite scenes that warms my heart.

Oh my god, they’ve done it again. The Boonie Bears hit a new high with their newest animated movie and holy crap it was emotional with an epic climax and amazingly beautiful theme song. Really cool action sequences too.

When I watch a Boonie Bears movie I don’t know whether it’s gonna be a “meh” or a “wow” or a “ugh”, because they’ve done some hits and misses with their past movies. This one, “Back to Earth”, from this year is a new hit. The last one I saw before this, “The Wild Life” from 2020, was a “meh”. Not too bad, but also not much to talk about. I wasn’t so emotionally invested in it and it was kinda awkward (dare I say cringe?) in places. Even worse, “Blast from the Past” from 2019 was one of the “ughs”.

When I started watching this new movie and saw it had a space theme, I thought “Oh no, are they gonna have crazy adventures in space” and wondered if it’s gonna be "ugh” like the 2019 movie. But boy was I wrong - instead I ended up watching the movie twice in a row. Just after the movie ended, I started it over again. I haven’t done that since “The Big Shrink” from 2018, which is my most favorite Boonie Bears movie. This new one however I might put as a tied place.

So uh... confession time.

I know who Ozzy Osbourne is, of course. I’ve heard a few of his songs in the far past and had at least one favorite song, “Dreamer”. I think it was later I learned he was also in a band called Black Sabbath (either I knew that before or when I was playing “Brutal Legend” that has a few Ozzy and Black Sabbath songs in its soundtrack, also he has the role in the game as “himself” or the Guardian of Metal and happens to be my most favorite character in the game due to his quick funny lines). I think it was thanks to “Brutal Legend” that I started loving “Mr. Crowley” and that’s still my #1 favorite song by Ozzy. At some later point I’ve heard or learned, either way, that he had addiction problems and that at some point he had his own reality show called “The Osbournes” (I remember it was running on TV but as I’m not interested in reality shows I never watched it). Then around 2012 I happened upon his new (at the time) music video called “Life Won’t Wait” which I really really liked. Fast forward and I kinda forgot about the song for a while. He also had some other voice acting roles to at least a couple movies that I’ve seen (”Gnomeo and Juliet” and “Sherlock Gnomes”; first one was meh, second was much more interesting mainly because of the Sherlock part of it).

But here’s the thing: I have never listened to any of his albums, like full albums. Just a few songs here and there. Today I got to know that Ozzy had released a new single on YouTube called “Patient Number 9″, and the album with the same name will release this September. So I listened to the song and it gave me the same feeling of “I really really like this!” just like my first experience with “Mr. Crowley” and “Life Won’t Wait”. The video was cool as well with the neat style in the animated clips (though one part I wasn’t a fan of because it grossed me out so I couldn’t look at it on replays). So far my top 3 favorites would be “Mr. Crowley”, “Life Won’t Wait” and “Patient Number 9″ in that order. “Dreamer” would be a 4th favorite, maybe don’t have a 5th favorite because I just haven’t really listened a lot to his music.

Maybe I should. And I have a plan.

I’m gonna listen to his album “Ordinary Man” first because it has my favorite album cover artwork, I really dig its style (it’s also inspiring and reminds me of my own OC in a very similar style and symbolism), then I go for “Scream” album because it has “Life Won’t Wait”. Then I go for the origin to my most favorite song, which is in his debut album “Blizzard of Oz” (nice pun there). Then I guess I have time to listen to the rest of his albums before “Patient Number 9″ releases this Autumn.

I don’t know where I’m going with this post. It’s just that I should have listened to more of Ozzy Osbourne’s music since he’s kind of a musical genius with a special singing voice unlike any other I’ve heard, there’s no wonder he’s so celebrated despite his personal addictions and the infamous bat incident or the doves scandal.

Can someone explain to me why the hell I can’t see any past posts that my followers have posted in the last days/weeks other than today’s posts? When I use endless scrolling, the scrolling loading gif is perpetually loading. When I use page-by-page, the next page shows an empty page as if nothing had been posted (which is impossible since I follow at least a dozen people who are active).
