I posted my first ever article on substack, exploring how our identities as queer folk affect how we feel about caring for our aging parents. read it here!

have mercy, 1/22/25
this poem won first place in my university's annual poetry contest, so I thought I would share it with you all now alongside its subjects. I dream less of their labor and more about what our relationships were and could've been if they never had to labor at all. I sit here now, two generations removed, and all I can do is labor organize and write. I think they would be happy to know that.
