Whole 30 program completed ✔️ 30 days with no sugar, no grains, no dairy products, no alcohol and no legumes. I never thought I could do it... I felt so addicted to food. Whenever I had a bad day at work, I would eat my feelings away... It got quite out of control! That being said, I am really proud of myself now! Now, on to another step. I will reintegrate certain foods in my diet, but I will keep the same menu in general, with the same portions. I have increased the intensity of my workouts and the frequency. I workout 5 times a week, twice a day. Usually a circuit training + endurance cardio. Since its summer time, I try to have my second workout be outside... Gotta enjoy the sun 😊🚵 I also bought a whole bunch of tea, yay 🤗 . . . . . It's just the beginning 🤘🏼💪🏼 - 14lbs!! (170 to 156lbs)

Most people look but cannot see. We go about our lives sometimes without paying attention to the details, without paying attention to the people around us. We say we care, but we don’t, or we don’t care enough.  We judge others by the first impressions we have of them. We create a reality in our head that suits us. We do what we want, we say what we want, without truly realising the impact it may have on other human beings.  We live in a fast paced society that does not enable us to care for one another. Caring for other people takes times and energy, things which most people don’t have by the end of the day.  

We are tired...exhausted. We cry and we try to understand, but everything is going so fast, there is just no time to stop and think clearly. We have become robots. We have let ourselves become robots. 

We need to go against the movement. We need to take the time to think and feel. We need to take the time to be who we are. We need to respect one another. We need to create a world where being hurt is okay, and where getting better is possible. We need to stand up for ourselves and for our brothers and sisters.

Edinburgh, Scotland ✌️

I wish I could go back sometimes… Enjoy every smell and every sound. Travelling through Scotland and discovering its culture was one of the best experience of my life. The people were great, the food was delicious, the landscapes were phenomenal and the history unbelievable. It was an incredible experience and I would go back anytime.

Sunday fun day 🤓 Got some new pens & two new note books ('cause why not?) and I think they're super cute! Anyway, time to stop procrastinating!! Three weeks and we are done with the semester 🙏 It is a very stressful time, but it's important to keep time for yourself. A little break here and there to workout or watch a movie will help to stay fully focused when it's time to work. Time to review my notes 💪 Redbull does give you wings sometimes 😁 Work. Work.
