Handmade delicious white chocolate confetti Happy Birthday bars…made these for a friend who loves chocolate. I didn’t have time to bake her a cake. I decided to make something fun and easy. You definitely have to use the best chocolate not waxie or does not contain cocoa. The candy melts are not suitable. There pretty but not recommended these bars measure 1.5x3 inches. Fortune cookies♥️ my very first time making fortune cookies… made a slight adjustment on the recipe. Sweeter and crispier. The only challenge!!
