Movies about the Easter Bunny are either obnoxiously bad or quite good but an absolute fever dream; there's no in-between.Ā
#easter bunny#Easter#I guess rise of the guardians is a normal movie but that edges into fever dream category when you learn about the book series

ayo i've been seeing ur sisyphus posts!! ur project sounds so awesome!!
do u have a favorite song ur most excited about??
Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read.Ā
I think the song I'm most looking forward to in the show would have to be in the grand scheme of things since I think that song captures what the show is building up to, and also "there's a shadow looming over, and "if I play my cards right," Ā there's a lot of instrumental stuff I'm looking forward to playing around with for those songs.Ā

Here are the final three songs I came up with for the sisyphus musical.

Word has gotten around that: a song from the villagers, which is a spoken-sung patter song about Sisyphus being able to overcome death, but also about the growing rumors between Poseidon and Zeus started by Sisyphus.Ā
A score to settle: One of the final songs in the show, a quartet between Sisyphus, Salmoneous Zeus, and Ares where they talk about the growing anger they have towards each other and how all four of them are at their wits end.Ā
Some say: This song is about the fates sharing different interpretations about what happened after Sisyphus was cursed, leaving the audience to figure out which one is true.Ā
Here is the final order of the songs
The prime of lifeĀ
Sisyphus and salmoneous
There's a shadow looming overĀ
Rise from the ashes.Ā
If I play my cards right,Ā
Word has gotten around thatā¦
Where does that leave me?Ā
Hopelessly adriftĀ
A score to settleĀ
In the grand scheme of things,Ā
Some sayĀ
There is some reprises that will be added in between but these are the final main songs of the showĀ
I wonāt be posting about this as much now that the song list is done but Iām looking forward to sharing the songs when they are finished

Ok, this is a funny poll. What is the best musical theater song about waiting between these two?Ā

Hello, here is the scene that is the ending of the Sisyphus musical.
So The fates are the narrators of the show, and they never interact with anyone until the end of the show.

Where they are the ones who hand him the boulder, which is the thread of life
the three of them roll it onto the stage and tell him, Here you go, and then the lights fade out
(and you see a puppet show of Sisyphus rolling the rock up before the curtain call).Ā

Hello everyone, Here is the song that is the climax of the Sisyphus musical, a duet between Sisyphus and Ares called In the Grand Scheme of Things.Ā

This song happensĀ after Sisyphus chains up death, which leaves Ares furious, which leads to him decidingĀ to confront Sisyphus in person.
He shames Sisyphus not for being selfish but because he views the way Sisyphus betrays people who could have been useful allies to him as foolish.
To Ares, Sisyphus is a disgrace to the very concept of war because he threw away his soul for things he views as insignificant.Ā
He shows Sisyphus how his relentlessness is what makes him weak by presenting the argument to Sisyphus thatĀ a personĀ who doesn't believe in anything is inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.
Sisyphus defends his choices until it hits him how far gone he must be if the god of war is ashamed of his cruelty.Ā

a choreography idea for a show, so this is for a villain song I'm making for a musical Iām writing (not the Sisyphus musical, another one).
The antagonist has a hallway of eight paintings, but they are actually puppet booths, and each event that happens in one booth goes into the next, but stylistically, all the stick puppets will look like medieval paintings. The backgrounds are 2D, but the buildings will be made with 3D models. The paintings tell his backstory.Ā

Hello, I'm back. Iām writing a sisyphus musical and Here's a description of the song where Sisyphus tricks Persephone

Song 7 Hopelessly Adrift: This is the song during the second time; he passes and gets stuck in the underworld. Here, Sisyphus tricks Persephone into freeing him by saying that he has unfinished business because his wife did not get to bury him, and he was oceans away from her because he was caught in a drift that kept him apart from her at his death.
(Even knowing Sisyphus intentionally made his wife put his body in the drift, it was a ruse set up between him and his wife.)

He uses climate metaphors in the song because he knows that will ring true with Persephone (the melody of If I Play My Cards Right plays during this song and all the other songs where Sisyphus manipulates people, but here it's a romantic violin rendition of the motif).
This song has multiple meanings because his body was adrift, but he's also trying to get Persephone to "turn the tides" so he can be alive again.
