Okay, I know I only post art and have for the past few years, and I really don't know if this will reach many people at all.
I am an upcoming sophomore in college, and for the past 2 years, my family and I have struggled immensely financially. We all live in a condo unit and sleep in the same room together, except for my father, who lives with his parents in the UK and has forgotten about my mother, me, and my two little sisters. I have a scholarship at the college I'm in, and that's the only way we can afford to send me to school.
Recently, we have fallen even deeper financially and can't afford to send one of my sisters to school anymore. I am working a waitress job this summer, but I won't be able to once school starts back up since I need to keep my scholarship.
I don't want a free hand me out, and I know it's not my place, but I'm asking anyone who sees this to maybe recommend me as an artist to a friend, or maybe if you want a commision done, you could consider hiring me? Im a fast worker, and I can draw in any style you want, whether that's from a show or one of my own. Commissions would help my family and I a lot, and a little goes a long way. I want to contribute.
