For the past year, I have been working on something very special. I have written a poetry book based on depression, abuse, eating disorders, and recovery. I wanted to really base the book around something that is super important but doesn't get talked about a lot nowadays. Fun fact, both of these teas contain garcinia cambogia, which is often found in diet pills. Blueberry has 20mg and the fasting one has 72mg. Much cheaper than buying garcinia cambogia pills and they taste great. Probably wayyyyy healthier than diet pills too. Honestly I’m afraid to take diet pills and fuck up my heart, they’re scary and I do not recommend taking them. Tea is good, drink more tea.
