something happened today that hasn’t happened in a long time and I thought would never happen again because “I’m getting better!” 

i got so fucking upset today about not acting correctly that when i was alone i punched my legs. then i scratched both of my arms. then i scratched my legs then i punched my head. multiple times. all while crying and silently screaming. i haven’t done that since i was a very young child

guess im relapsing. thats a word for it, yeah? 

im returning to the place i was when i was a young child. i dont want to return. thats a very dark place. but i guess i dont really have a say in it, do i? 

like my dad always says, i dont have a say in where i go.
