Part 3: Shan’s Confession - Mixed Messages and Manipulation

On September 27, 2024, Shan spoke with Jupiter, admitting some things but also trying to steer the story in her favor. Her words show both honesty and manipulation.

These are Shan’s own words, and nobody forced her to lie.

1) Shan said she has no reason to be upset with Jupiter because of what she did, putting the responsibility on herself.

2) She brought up the “little one” nickname and said she was actually happy with it. She claimed she wanted to “fix everything” but this was after she had already used those terms publicly to paint Jupiter as controlling and abusive.

3) Jupiter explained he never told her to speak in a baby voice. It was only about singing style, referencing Britney Spears. Shan admitted it came from her own issues but kept repeating this story to others to frame him.

4) Shan admitted she expected Jupiter to react by calling her “crazy,” but he stayed calm and kind. She described how she sent hundreds of messages and wanted him to show everyone how unstable she was, shifting blame to make her actions seem less serious.

5) In the end, Shan said she was wrong and called herself a piece of shit for everything she was part of. Even here, she used self-blame to appear regretful while also trying to justify or soften her actions.

This call shows how Shan kept shifting between guilt and manipulation, trying to play both the victim and the one in control. Even while admitting she lied, she was still twisting details and rewriting the narrative to protect herself.

I’ve supported Alice’s solo work from the very beginning. When the allegations first surfaced, I stepped back. I was feeling confused, hurt, and unsure. I ended up listening to the wrong voices.

But in the past few months, I’ve seen the truth. The fandom has become toxic. I’ve watched as a part of the fandom transformed into something unrecognizable: dark, obsessive, and deeply toxic. Abuse allegations were thrown around like weapons, with no care for truth, no empathy, and no accountability. People who claimed to be protecting victims turned around and targeted innocent people; including Alice’s friends, her loved ones, and even everyday fans who dared to question the narrative. It became less about justice and more about control and cruelty.

My turning point was witnessing how certain Discord servers were being used as personal armies, spaces where personal grudges against private individuals, even Alice’s family, were aired out and amplified. Hate was incited, often using an audience of vulnerable teens who didn’t know any better.

What truly changed things for me was also the Spiral site. It pieced together all the missing context; with timelines, screenshots, and receipts that made the inconsistencies impossible to ignore. Jupiter is innocent. The truth had been twisted beyond recognition.

I am standing with Alice, and the other Alice fans who are spreading love and positivity 💕

Alice has survived so much and she deserves unwavering support, peace, and healing. I’m standing with her now, with clarity and love.

Part 2: Shan’s Confession – The Statement Was Not Her Own

On September 27, 2024, Shan called Jupiter and explained that she didn’t actually write or release the statement herself. She revealed that it was all pushed by Edith (also known as Margo) and Jacob (Archives). At that time, she was in a really bad place and didn’t want to be part of it at all.

1) (Edith/Margo) curated and put out the statement

Shan explained that Edith wrote and curated the entire statement. She had access to Shan’s Tumblr and handled everything herself. Shan said she was messed up, on a lot of drugs, homeless, and completely overwhelmed. She mentioned she was scared and has screen recordings to back it up.

2) Says the statement was put out by them, not her

Shan said she was in a park with a friend buying cigarettes when she got a call from Margo at 3 in the morning saying “it’s out.” She explained she didn’t know the statement had been posted and expressed that she didn’t want to be connected to it or to Ethan. She also mentioned that Jacob (Archives) was involved in sharing it.

On September 27, 2024, Shan called Jupiter completely out of nowhere. They hadn’t spoken in months. Shan asked for the call to be recorded. In this call, she finally admitted she lied about Jupiter. She explained that she was manipulated and pushed by Crystal Castles (specifically Edith/Margo) to twist the story and hurt him.

This is Shan, speaking for herself. No filters, no edits. You can’t just ignore this because it doesn’t match what you want to believe.

1) “I lied for Crystal Castles”

Shan admits she made up stories because she was pressured by Crystal Castles, especially Edith/Margo.
