Yall liked my Jeremiah head canons so here are some Bruce ones!!! Bruce is like the most interesting boy in the world to me so my head canons for him are long winded.

- has a few comfort books that he rereads every few years. Beowulf is one (kinda canon— he talks about liking it a lot in the Dawn of Darkness novel) Clockwork Orange is another. He probably loves Frankenstein too. He has definitely read all of War and Peace.

- either makes zero eye contact or 100% intense eye contact.

- has a very diverse taste in food. Loves almost all cuisine. Favors tangy, acidic, and spicy foods. Based on what little they discuss his food taste in the show and in the novels.

- Alfred goes shopping for him 99% of the time. Bruce hates clothes shopping— he finds it both boring and overwhelming— and trusts Alfred’s opinion. That being said, Alfred is observant with what he does and doesn’t wear from his wardrobe and adjusts his shopping accordingly.

- more of an adrenaline junkie than he cares to admit to himself. Probably loved roller coasters as a kid. I can’t imagine him going on one after his parents died though. He gets his adrenaline fix through real danger as he gets older lmao.

- really loves Christmas even though it makes him sad. Alfred decorates the manor every year and Bruce helps him hang ornaments on the tree.

Been thinking about Jeremiah a lot recently— so here’s some Jeremiah headcanons

- definitely trans femme. Jeremiah is such a girl to me.

- listens to marina and the diamonds

- likes phantom of the opera

- generally likes classic monsters like Dracula and Frankenstein

- chews her nails— leftover anxiety habit from childhood.

- does the wordle every day and brags about how quickly she got it. Honestly probably does all the New York Times puzzles. I can see Jeremiah being good at the crossword.

- the Child’s Play franchise for sure. I almost feel like Childs Play 3 would be his favorite. Cuz that carnival scene. Open to discussion though.

Movies I think Jerome Valeska would like besides classic comedy films:

- all of the Terrifier movies

- both of the Devil’s Carnival movies

- the Saw franchise (but specially 3, 6, and 10. Basically the ones that are gory soap operas)

- specifically the boat scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Though I think he would appreciate that movie as a whole for the most part.

It’s Wednesday… you know what that means!!!

Gotham changed Oswald being a rich man who has been an outcast all his life due to his deformities to a poor gay immigrant who was disabled later in life. I feel like if they made Sofia look more like her comic self kinda brings what Gotham took away. Like sure being a “ugly” woman isn’t the name as being psychically disabled but it’s keeping the fact that there is a rich person from a famous family who is still a outsider no matter how hard they try just because of how they look. And nothing can change that. They could’ve had both of these things in their show for their characters but nooooo Sofia has to be a pretty woman all straight men will love. Sad. Could’ve been such a interesting dynamic between them and how they could’ve bonded as outcasts despite their previous class while also discussing Sofia’s privilege but sadly we didn’t get that
