I went by several different names on the internet when I got the chance with the ones I used the longest being 'Makai' and 'Clit Licker 5000'. I don't go by either anymore but every once in a while I'm reminded of the latter and I laugh or the former and I smile fondly. I think being able to invent yourself in anyway is very nice.

i love this neat little ability that comes with the internet that you can choose a name for yourself, you can come up with any old nickname for yourself and it may or may not be a real name, you can be sam, milk-chan, 3000 watt ass thresher, anything you want and people will really accept it as your name in a way that doesnt happen as easily in the real world. i think its very cute

VOLUME 12!!

Volume 12 of Nekuyan has just come out and I'm foaming at the mouth while desperately waiting for some kind soul to upload it online. Please, please, I need to know what it says. I'll give you all my first born, I'll write anything, please-

I think it should forever be really tense cause then that makes his relationship with Damian, who he's canonically very close with BEFORE even being fostered, very interesting.

Damian came from a horrible situation and immediately after being dropped in Gotham, his dad died. For him, the only people that were truly there for him was Alfred and Dick. He's arguably closer with them than Bruce at times.

Duke was fucked over by Alfred and Dick SO hard that it's insane. They're both very close but they keep dancing around the landmine that is their differing relationships with those two.

Honestly even if Duke "forgives" or "gets over" what Dick & Alfred did to him and the WAR kiddos I think he should not be comfortable being around him without anyone serving as a buffer between them, also whenever Dick & Alfred ask about how Duke's friends are doing he gets hella defensive. I headcanon Duke asks Babs to give him a heads up whenever Dick is in town so he can conveniently be by his friends, cousin, the Foxes, the Pierces or even Jace when Dick is by. The only reason he tolerates Alfred is because it is impossible to avoid him in the Wayne Manor & because Alfred atleast owns up to his fuck up somewhat.

I want to share this utterly awful headcannon I have regarding Agent Stone. Putting his romantic feelings for his boss aside, I like to think that Dr Robotnik is actually the nicest boss he's ever had. There is basically no evidence of this but I've worked a lot of awful jobs.

Star Wars Idea about the Corries

Writing this cause the idea won't leave my head.

The Corries are Insane. We all know that, right? It might not be canon, but canon is bullshit and fanon is very consistent in them being utterly unhinged even when on their best behavior.

Of all the clone 'squads', the corries are both the oddest troopers and the oddest placement. Soliders made to die in war patrol in a city where danger is the opposite of what you'd expect. A placement that seems like it'd be easy on paper, a 'desk job' when all other clones go to war. They have to be a bit unhinged to cope with it all. Which is why the fact they don't have a General is very fitting.

Every battalion needs a General to match them. Whether that General calms the troopers' anxieties or exacerbates them with their self-sacrificial bullshit, the General matches the troopers they were assigned. Which is why the Corries are so fun: You can't exactly find an easy way to match that level of unhinged, especially since the person the General mainly needs to match is the Commander who's fucking Fox.

Fox.

With that in mind, what if we gave the Corries a General? A General who needs to be just as odd and unhinged and done with life and confusing as the Guard themselves.

So with that in mind, I gave the Guard a General, two actually, for the price of one and their sanity.

I gave them a General who's definitely not a Jedi, barely views senators as people, and got the Guard cause they were trying to call the senate on a bluff. Then, because that wasn't nearly as much of an enimga as the Guard themself, I gave them a second General, her husband who's exactly like her but smiles.

And in the end, I decided on two (in)famous scientists, one of whom may or may not have the ability to use the force (but what're you, a cop? ), and the other who looked Fox in the eyes the first time she met him and told him explicitly to forge her signature.

And that's the Doctor General AU: Staring a Mr. and Mrs Volkov.

Oh, my dear friend...we all go to either Pixiv or Magicomi (where if you make enough fake accounts, you can basically read all of the new volumes) and do our best to read the Japanese. Though some SAINT on Manga dex translated chapters 110 and 111 into English. From there?

Hellooooo, it's me again. My country has already translated Nekuyan until the 13th volume (which is why I asked how much you've read) and I loved it soooo much. I really like the relationship between Shumei and Yuuma because it's just so interesting to watch them when they're not Mei and Hana. Maybe I screamed a bit when Shumei got in danger and Yuuma ended up hurting himself when he tried to help/rescue him. And afterwards Shumei 😭 He felt bad that Yuuma hurt himself because of him! I think I re-read that chapter a few times (and Yuuma's reaction was so hilarious). What are your thoughts?? I really need someone who knows what I'm talking about

IT WAS TRANSLATED IN YOUR COUNTRY?!?! I managed to read the exact chapters you're talking about, but only because I had four fake accounts, seven different translators, and a dream.

But oh god, I loved that so much. Shuumei freaking out over Yuuma being hurt and finally getting to the point of being honest that he cares about Yuuma primarily because Yuuma's self deprecation skills were annoying him that much.

I saw this man witness in real time the pure scope of Yuuma's self-hatred, and it was hilarious.

This is such a fun image.

I have to say, though, that Yuuma being so protective and anxious over Shuumei's well-being was adorable, and I want it engraved permanently into my mind. The look of pure horror and disbelief hearing that Shuumei was buried under the ruble and how tireless he was to making sure Shuumei was okay.

And Yuuma throughout the entire chapter refusing to leave until he's sure that Shuumei is okay and being looked after by someone else is the most precious thing ever.

Also, gotta thank Jun for desperately trying to tell Yuuma that Shuumei didn't have any goddamn double meanings, he meant what he said-

Hello :D I love your posts about Nekuyan/Crossplay Love and I would like to know at what chapter you currently are (or what's the "youngest" chapter you have read)? There are so many things I want to say about Nekuyan but if you are (maybe) at a different place in the manga I wouldn’t want to spoil you (or anyone in general, even if this fandom is so tiny).

I've read everything officially translated so literally everything before Volume 12 but I've read chapter 107-111 with seven different translators on hand! Plus I relentlessly stalk the authors twitter for any possible hint on content for the next volumes. So altogether, I do not think it's possible for you to spoil me and please god talk about the things you want to say-

Probaly should've done this early but I've had some of the longest week singular of my life and that doesn't make sense but neither does life baby.

Anyway, it'd be a collaborative writing project. Sort of like, we all get a list of prompt, it's up to y'all if you pick your specific prompt or if you get it randomly and you make a fic around it (with one of the rules being that you can't tell anyone what prompt you got). HOWEVER, it's also like a game of telephone where when you're done with your fic/part, you give it to another person and THEY continue writing to their hearts content until they're done and so on. The order will decided when we actually have human people.

So yeah.

Okay so first, I love you

When Shishiba introduces the two, Osaragi just takes it at face value and is like, ‘Oh a child. I didn’t know the order collectively adopted a kid but that’s cool I guess’ while Shin is loudly protesting that he’s literally her age

Cause yeah, she’s like the same age as Shin but the order is incapable of seeing him as anything other than a teenager (Funny enough we see something like that in canon with Shishiba and Amane who says ‘You know, you should really stay in school kid’ like five times in their interaction). Osaragi just goes with the flow so she mentally moves Shin to the ‘Tall and adult looking child’ section in her brain

Oh, he tried to run away from them so many times.

The kid has abandonment issues a mile long and is incredibly flightly. It took Taro showing him his first taste of kindness in years and putting himself on the line to protect Shin multiple times before he even started to trust the dude. Unfortunately for him the order is highly trained and also is like ‘Oh, all kids run away right? That’s a normal kid game? So we should just find him’. They alternate between thinking he’s an emo teen, on the verge of being an adult, upset that his dad left him and a young child who runs into traffic for fun.

The few times he was successful in running from them, he was found completely on accident. Like he bumped into Hyo or reflexively held the door open for an old man only to see that it was Mr. Takamura. Even then, it was SO quickly after running away

The best part about the order trying (and honestly failing) to take care of Shin is a mix of them thinking Sakamoto would kill them if they let his kid get hurt and them thinking that it’s now their responsibility to take care of this kid since Sakamoto’s a deadbeat. Shin has been desperately trying to tell these people that Taro isn’t his dad but they keep misunderstanding the words or thinking he’s just being emo.

His only real successful running away attempt is to Sakamoto. Unfortunately as he’s still running from hyper trained assassins they do in fact still send Nagumo after him who has the most confusing interaction with Sakamoto ever. It goes something like

Nagumo: Really, Sakamoto? I know you’re trying to make up for being a deadbeat-

Shin: HE’S NOT MY DAD!

Nagumo, continuing on as if he didn’t hear Shin: But you can’t just steal your kid back without telling us. Don’t you know you gave the kid daddy issues?

Sakamoto, frowning, turning to Shin: I did?

Shin, about to explode: NO?! AND I WASN’T KIDNAPPED, I RAN AWAY TO COME HERE!

Nagumo, sighing: See? That’s a clear sign of daddy issues and repressed trauma. All abandoned eight year olds-

Sakamoto: Isn’t he 14?

Nagumo: Eh, tomato potato or however the saying goes. But you can't abandon him then just kidnap him back, that's probably not how parenthood works.

Sakamoto:...Yeah, that's fair.

Shin, basically apoplectic at this point: NO, IT ISNT?!?!

Sakamoto is called Shin’s biological father like 4 times during this entire conversation and Aoi would be more concerned about that except this kid is like 14 and her husband is 20. Also the fact Shin is constantly interjecting saying that Sakamoto isn’t his fucking dad and everyone here is crazy for not immediately realizing that. She ends up just taking Shin up to the house while Nagumo and Sakamoto ‘hash things out’ to get him some tea only to pop her head back in 6 minutes later to be like ‘Oh by the way, we’re keeping Shin!'

This was an option that Shin did not know was even on the fucking table.

Asakura Shin AU

Sakamoto days au where everything is the same except Shin stuck by Taro's side a lot more after meeting him, and as a result, met most if not all of his friends. After Taro does the whole 'Disappear to get married' thing, Nagumo and Shishiba are mutually like 'Damn, can't believe Sakamoto abandoned his son like this, guess we have to step up and be parents/weird uncle figures now'.

Shin hears this immediately and is like 'No, that guy really isn't my dad, I had a dad, two actually-" but neither of them listen and just continue being really weird with kids. Like they're vaguely aware that they probably shouldn't take him on missions but aren't aware enough that he fully knows what murder is and can also read their minds so trying to tell him that they have ketchup on their shirts is fucking ridiculous-

It's an incredibly weird dymanic cause absolutely none of them know what children want or are like so they take everything Shin does in stride like 'this has to be normal kid stuff'. The weirdest part for Shin is that literally all members of the order see this and go 'Yeah, fair enough. I'll also pitch in and be a weird uncle figure'.

They make it all of five months of trying to badly parent (though it's more like the uncle who tries to be there for you when your dad isn't there but isn't good at being a dad, but he tries-) this kid before Shin breaks and tracks down Sakamoto, like 'I may be pissed at you for leaving, but please get your friends off my back- ARE YOU MARRIED?!! IT'S BEEN FIVE MONTHS, HOW DID YOU DO THAT SO FAST?!?'

By the time we get to the canon timeline (when Shin is 21) very little about the story actually changes except that the higher up you go in the JAA, the more they know of Shin and the friendlier they are with him. Hard Boiled is vaguely aware of Shin's existence and also genuinely thinks that he's just a really tall 15-year-old who's also Sakamoto's biological kid.

When Osaragi meets Shin for the first time and fighting is momentarily paused so Shishiba can go, 'Oh, this is Sakamoto's kid. The order members raised him for a bit, if you can try not to get him hurt. He's still a kid, you know.'

Shin is both aware of how insane these connections are and deeply embarrassed over it.
