Something magical happens to the Cut Da Carb flatbread when its cooked wrapped in bacon that I can’t quite describe. It gets crispy, yet is still chewy and somehow flaky. However you want to describe it—its AMAZING! Here is how you make this…. 🍳Ingredients: 1 Cut Da Carb flatbread 1 tbsp butter 2 eggs, whisked 1 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup shredded cheese 4 strips bacon Salt and pepper Optional—Green onion, sliced for topping 🔥Directions: Start by making your scrambled eggs. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the eggs and once they begin to take shape melt in your cream cheese. Once cooked season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Roll your flatbread in some damp paper towels and microwave 30 seconds. This will make your bread super soft for rolling without any cracking. Add your eggs and cheese onto the proximal 1/3 of the flatbread . Tuck in the short edges of the bread and roll tightly. Lay bacon onto parchment paper lined up lengthwise with edges touching (see video). Place burrito onto bacon and use the paper to roll. Pan fry over medium heat on all sides until bacon is crisp, or to your desired level of doneness. This could also be baked at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Bang Bang Shrimp 🍤 by @choosing_balance⁠ -⁠ Follow @keto_recipesdiet Gluten Free and Paleo! Obsessed with this recipe you guys 😍 and it’s ready in about 15 minutes which I love! That includes prep time 🙌🏻 Pair with rice and just eat by itself. You can’t go wrong! -⁠ -⁠ ⁠ Bang bang shrimp⁠ 1 lb raw medium or large shrimp⁠ 1 egg⁠ 2/3 cup coconut flour⁠ 1/3 cup tapioca flour⁠ 1 tsp garlic⁠ 1/2 tsp salt⁠ Sauce:⁠ 1/2 cup paleo mayonnaise⁠ 2 tsp sriracha⁠ 1/4 tsp paprika⁠ 1/4 tsp chili powder⁠ 1 tsp garlic⁠ Sprinkle of salt⁠ Instructions:⁠ In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg⁠ In another shallow bowl, mix the flours, garlic, and salt together⁠ Dip the shrimp in the egg them the flour mixture. I did multiple shrimp at once⁠ Heat a skillet over low medium heat⁠ Add a generous amount of oil. I used avocado oil⁠ Then add the shrimp. I did two batches⁠ Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, add a little more oil and cook until they’re browned⁠ Add to a bowl and let them cool for a few minutes⁠ Then in a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients⁠ Dip the shrimp, I did a few at a time to speed up the process! For recipe details click more... - Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos by @happyonketo - I made these using @cutdacarb and as always they turned out so perfect and crispy! For the filling i boiled some chicken breast. Shredded it and sautéed it with some minced garlic, onions, and jalapenos. I added that to a bowl with some cream cheese and mixed it up until it was all combined. I rolled the mix up into a piece of Cut Da Carb with a little chedder cheese and fried them in some evoo until nice and crispy!
