It's so nice to be able to drive again some days, and get out to meet a friend for a meal. 😊 Dinner is just 100x better with a side of conversation and a few good laughs! 💯❣️
I also had a short swim this weekend 💦 which was awesome !!! and otherwise back to rest & recovery. 🐌 👀 lol
- and my sexy compression socks. 😆
I get tired of broccoli 🥦 and salad 🥗 as the two main options for low carb sides when I go out.
Sometimes I'll swap for avocado, cottage cheese, strawberries 🍓 or whatever else I find scanning the menu.
