No one really knows how Ko got his scars

but no one would dare to ask because Ko is gentle, quiet and kind and they would hate to offend him

he has an aura that calms even the most frantic person

She’s blind because when she was a young teen, she fell in love a cat that roamed the forest.  Accidentally, she turned the cat into stone.  She was so heartbroken that she intentionally took her sight so she would not harm another.

Despite the heartbreak, the ghost of the cat stuck around and they are still good friends, and love each other very much. 

She’s blind, so she does need the cat’s help getting around sometimes.  Usually she manages between the cat and cane. She’s too proud to let it stop her
