Beautiful, colorful animation, awesome music, creative, compelling, funny story telling, the cutest animal sidekick I’ve ever seen—I don’t think I can praise this movie enough.

An awesome cast and heartwarming story about friendship and family, honor and discipline. Funny, action packed, with a well-paced plot and some beautiful settings.

Incredible casting not you Jumba - Lilo and Nani really made the movie for me, and Stitch was a delight, who made me want to go home and hug my fur babies. Much of the criticism I'm seeing is unwarranted, and Nani and Lilo's relationship developed beautifully and their situation turned out well. (Yes, she does deserve to pursue her dreams for the future. No, she didn't abandon her sister, who told her to go and was literally able to visit her any time she wants.)

The biggest upset was the shifting of beloved, bumbling Capt Gantu's villainy to Jumba, and the loss of his redemption arc, leaving a big hole in our found family and losing the delightful relationships he builds with Stitch, Lilo, and his future other half, Pleakley. There will be no toy space ships for Christmas this year.
