Day no.27 Chest and Shoulders Session. It has not been the best practise. It was difficult to get motivated for morning gym. Today’s session was dedicated to upper body, focusing on chest and shoulders with one exercise I haven’t done well with, however that’s ok as I tried my best. Strength will come with time. My half cycle is giving it’s signals, and now is the most important time to stay kind to myself and mindful. I am more sensitive than usual and more aware this can caused me more distress.
