so ill be 110% doing the october "trick or treat" thing that i've seen circulating on edblr

basically, you don't weigh yourself for the whole month of october so on the 31st you get a trick or a treat based on ur weigh in. uhhh, like genius idea.

so my gw for the end of october is 115lbs or less. ugh, this october im going to finally shake free from my binging phase, i just know it. i'm starting to tire of the "starting over", and i'm starting to really hate my body.

does anyone have any advice for being on a medication that's an appetite stimulator?? I was put on mirtazapine/remeron, and it has increased my appetite so fucking much and I can't stop eating. I'm gaining weight and it is my worst nightmare I need help
