During this time to focus on myself, I’m letting go of a lot of things, hell maybe even giving up on some people. But I can’t waste no more energy and waste none of my energy on people, certain things, be wasteful with my money, etc. I just can’t do it no more. I plan to write and read more during this time to help me truly elevate myself, my mental, and my body. Lord knows it’s been needed for me to do this a long time ago.

True leveling up comes with Isolation, Separation, & Extreme Focus. Something I have to do to really find myself and rise in love with myself. I’ll have to let go of certain things and people and isolate myself from them and those things. I can’t save no one or waste my energy out to anyone or anything else no more.
