Innocent - Remus Lupin x Reader
Remus and Y/N are old friends and old lovers, turned astray. They meet again, both teaching at Hogwarts - and are reunited with an old friend.
Y/N = Your Name
This fic is gender neutral:)
Tumblr media
————————
You knocked on Remus’s door lightly, expecting his voice to grant you access to his office so you could talk to him about what had been playing on your mind all week - all year, in fact.
‘Remus?’
There was no reply. You knocked a bit harder again and waited a few seconds before you slowly opened the door.
Chaos. As per usual.
A smile graced your lips looking at his messy, disorderly office. Everything had a place though, you knew that. You looked at his desk and saw a very familiar piece of parchment laying there. You audibly gasped. The parchement unlocked a memory you forgot you had. You moved forward and lightly brushed your hands across the worn face of the paper, your memory doing dances in your head. You took your wand from your pocket and said the all-too familiar words and the parchment lit up. Your eyes scanned the expanse of paper until you found the name you were looking for, and what you saw absolutely floored you.
Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. Together.
Your mouth opened and you rushed from the office, making your way to the willow as quickly as you could. You touched the knot and crawled through the tunnels you knew too well until you reached the shack, and listened out for voices. You could hear murmers from the closest bedroom and you snuck up to the door, careful not to any make noise. You peaked through the crack in the door and saw three of your students, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley - you rolled your eyes, always the three of them. There were two voices that distinctly belonged to two men who were once very important to you, one in particular.
You listened as Remus told the story of his time at Hogwarts, and about what headmaster Dumbledore had done for him during his time there. You thought about Hogwarts and the time you had there, along with Remus, Sirius, Peter and...James. You lowered your head, deciding to open the door and show yourself. The door creaked and all five heads turned your way. Sirius raised his wand quickly but lowered it as soon as he saw your face, a glimpse of a smile shadowing his face.
‘Y/N.’ He said so simply, yet so emotionally.
A surge of emotions you didn’t expect hit you with a full force, and you moved forward to embrace Sirius in a long-awaited hug. You caught Remus’s eye over Sirius’s shoulder and he gave you a kurt nod, his gentle eyes telling you everything you needed to know - Sirius was innocent.
———————
‘He’s innocent, Remus. I know it.’ You shouted, your hands throwing themselves around in exasperation.
‘Y/N please don’t take sides. I don’t want to believe it either, and I never thought anything like this would happen but it has and I can’t see any other explanation. We’re going to have to believe it, because how else would...he have found Lily and James?’ Remus replied, clearly upset. He was confused, even more so than you. Sirius was his closest friend, aside from James, and he didn’t know what to think.
‘What about Harry? What is he going to do now? We can’t leave him with Lily’s sister, she’s bloody awful. We need to take him in, Remus. We can’t leave him.’ You changed the subject, trying to take your mind off Remus’s incredible narrow-mindedness at Sirius.
‘Y/N, you know he’ll be better off with that family. They legally have rights to him, and we don’t. The only other person with legal rights to Harry is...Sirius.’ Remus reasoned, and this only infuriated you further.
For Merlin’s sake, Remus. How can you be so bloody narrow-minded? You KNOW it wasn’t Sirius who did this, I know you do. How could it be? Lily, James and Harry meant more to him than life itself. Could you just open yourself to the possibility it wasn’t him?’ You shouted, on the verge of crying. You got upset when you were angry, it was natural.
‘Y/N. It was Sirius. How could it be anyone else?’
He stunned you silent for moment. How could he believe your best friend, Sirius Black, would ever do such a thing as to betray you and your friends like this?
‘I know you don’t mean that, Rem. You’re just emotional. You can’t mean that.’ You shook your head.
He folded his arms and stared at his shoes.
‘I...I can’t be here if you’re going to think like that.’ You said, taking a few steps back from him. You took a deep breath in to try and stop your tears falling. Remus looked angry, and he looked down and brushed a hand down his face.
‘Then go.’
Those three words hit you like a truck. You swayed on the spot, dumbfounded. You stared at each other for a few moments, but it felt like hours. Flashes of the morning sun spread across your entwined hands, laughs as you twirled round the common room to cheesy music he’d found at the second-hand shop and kisses stolen behind closed doors and when no one was looking crossed your mind. You felt as if the wind had been knocked from your chest, and a seething rage filled it instead. He moved towards you, seemingly sympathetic.
Fuck.
You moved away from him sharply and marched upstairs, throwing as many of your belongings you could find into a bag. Remus didn’t attempt to stop you, but simply waited at the top of the stairs until you were satisfied you had everything you needed. You pushed past him in a blurry, enraged manor. You heard him follow you down the stairs, and stop when he saw your hand hovering over the doorknob.
‘Y/N, we can fix...’
‘Come back to me when you realise the truth.’ You flung the door open and slammed it behind you. He made no attempt to follow you, and you cried as you made your way further down the street, hearing no noise behind you.
That was the last time you saw him, until he turned up at Hogwarts at the beginning of the year, well over a decade later.
————————
‘Sirius. I never believed it was you. Please. I tried. I really tried to prove it wasn’t you. Please believe me.’ You muttered into his shoulder, holding your old friend tight.
‘It’s okay Y/N, Remus has told me what you have done. It’s okay.’ He said softly, moving away and running a finger across your cheek.
‘You’re in on this too?’ Harry croaked, turning to look at Ron and Hermione; a look of shock across all three of their faces.
‘Harry, let us explain. Please.’
You told him everything that had happened. About your time at Hogwarts with his mother and father, and about the consequences of that fateful night at Godric’s Hollow. Sirius interjected at points with his thoughts, as did Remus. Finally, you moved to Peter.
‘But what’s my rat got to do with anything?’ Ron said rather agitatedly, said rat squealing and writhing in his hands.
‘Because Ron, your rat is not a rat. He is a human, and a wizard. And he goes by the name Peter Pettigrew.’ Remus said gently, pointing to the rat.
After some heavy convincing, Ron gave the rat over and you performed a spell to return Peter to his snivelling human form and get what he deserved.
————————
You sat inside the castle, watching the night sky move along from your office with the old window wide open as you let the smell of the summer night drift through. You cast an eye to the moon, a familiar movement that had become habit over the years. You watched the tiny sliver of the moon cast it’s bright light over the grounds of the school, and your mind became encompassed with the events of the previous night. Harry and Hermione had told Remus and yourself what they had done, about the timeturner and letting Sirius go. To say you were relieved was an understatement, but anger and guilt still hung over you as you thought about Peter Pettigrew still walking free while Sirius was forced into hiding.
‘It’s a fine night, is it not?’
Remus spoke behind you. You jumped slightly, not having heard him enter. You looked in his direction, taking in the man you’d missed so dearly. He looked tired and worn down, much older since the last time you’d seen him. His clothes were worn, and you noticed new scars littered across his face and neck. Your heart ached still, even after what had happened. You remained silent and stared at the floor, not really sure what to say.
‘Are you alright?’ You decided to ask. You’d been apart for many years, but your concern for the man you still loved remained ever-present.
‘I’m just glad no one was hurt.’ He replied sullenly. You watched as he shuffled his feet, crossing his arms and looking everywhere but where you sat. A few moments passed, the silence engulfing the both of you to the point it became unbearable.
‘Did you want anything, Rem?’ You winced at the nickname that hadn’t left your mouth in years. You felt guilt after you said that, feeling as though you came across cold. You didn’t want that, in fact you wanted anything but that. You got up and moved to the front of your desk, perching on the top and crossing your ankles and keeping your eyes firmly trained on the floor. You’d faltered, not knowing whether to excuse yourself or remain silent. However, he decided for you.
‘I wanted to say that I’m sorry.’
You froze, not expecting those words to hit your ears. You remained staring at the floor, not really knowing where to start. You saw his feet move closer and you lifted your head to look at him.
‘Don’t be sorry, you didn’t have any control over what happened last night-’ You started, but was soon interrupted.
‘I didn’t mean last night, Y/N. I meant I’m sorry for what happened since the moment you walked out of our door 14 years ago.’ He put a hand on your desk, fingers inches away from touching yours.
‘Oh.’
‘What happened 14 years ago was perhaps the moment I’ve regretted most in my life. I let what we had go because I couldn’t see past my own mind at the possibilities. You have no idea how many times I’ve written letters to you and summoned an owl, only to throw it away; especially when I heard you had started teaching at the school.’ He recoiled his hand, putting both into his pockets as he spoke, doing that thing he’s always done when he’s nervous.
You watched him for a few seconds, biting the skin on your bottom lip, unsure of what to say. In that moment, it all became so clear. You’d lost 14 years with the man you’d loved most because you’d both been so stubborn minded and stupid.
‘I’m sorry I left, Remus. I’m sorry I never wrote to you, or came to find you. I’m sorry I left.’ You blurted, your tongue seemingly taking over for you. Your cheeks went red, and you sat up a bit straighter in anticipation of his reaction. However, he remained still and silent. You carefully studied his face, looking for a hint of how he was feeling. He lifted his eyes and a warm smile spread across his worn face. You moved forward and put your arms around his shoulders and hands behind his head, fingers weaving into the greying hair at his neck. His arms encircled your waist and you felt him inhale deeply. You shut eyes momentarily, taking in a feeling you hadn’t felt for a long time - love. True, innocent, desperate love.
You pulled away first, looking at his face and tracing your finger gently across the new scars you’d never seen before. He stopped your hand, taking it in his and pressing a small kiss to your palm. You made eye contact and in that moment, you knew you had him back - and this time, you weren’t letting him go.

Ice - Bucky Barnes x Reader Part 3
Set at the end of CATWS, Y/N and Steve try desperately to take down Hydra. In the process, Y/N desperately tries to get Bucky to remember who he is.
Y/N = Your Name
Part 1 Part 2
this fic is gender neutral:)
Tumblr media
——————————
‘Who the hell is Bucky?’
Your heart shattered. It truly shattered into a million pieces and felt more broken than the chaos around you.
He didn’t remember.
Everything around you seemed suddenly insignificant, as if the gunshots became harmless and people’s screams became non-existent. You watched his face, the face that you loved contort in confusion and unrecognition. His eyes were still the same, beautiful and blue; kind. Your own eyes trailed down to the unfamiliar metal arm, and you felt your right hand twitch - the place where your hand felt safe was now gone. His long hair was tangled, and you ached to run your fingers through it and tell him everything was going to be alright. He was here, but he wasn’t.
Sam flew closer and knocked Bucky...the Winter Soldier...whoever he was now, down with the momentum of his landing. Natasha took the opportunity to launch a grenade in his direction, the blast completely destroying everything around it. Your breathe caught in your throat and for the first time, you noticed Steve’s hand in yours. You didn’t know how long it had been there. You looked his way and gave him a small smile, your jaw clenched in a bid not to cry. You moved away from him and looked to where he’d stood, hoping to catch a glimpse of him just one more time. Sirens blasted from everywhere and police cars began to circle the area. You didn’t really care. Men from SHIELD jumped out with their guns pointed at you, Steve, Sam and Nat. You meekly put your hands in the air as you were pushed to your knees and hands cuffed behind your back; protective gear over your hands that stopped the ice. You stared at the ground, the only thing you could think about being Bucky and how he was still here, still alive.
You’d find him, and bring him back to you.
—————————
After being saved by Maria Hill in the SHIELD transport van, you were taken to where Nick Fury had been recooperating for the past few months. It was a shock sure, but was it a surprise? Not really. He explained everything about Hyrda and their plans for SHIELD. You felt cold with anger at the fact Bucky had been used as a weapon for the past 60 years. You thought about what had probably happened to him, what he’d had to do and how Hydra had wiped his mind like they were they were cleaning a dirty plate. You felt numb with emotion. Unable to take anymore, you pushed your chair roughly from the table and went outside.
The fresh air hits your lungs like fire and you lean against the rail of the bridge, your knuckles white from gripping the handrail in anger. You breathe deeply and put your head in your hands, tears threatening to spill from your eyes as the world felt like it was being pulled out from under your feet. You hear footsteps, but don’t look up.
‘Y/N.’ Steve stands next to you and puts a hand on your shoulder in a comforting gesture. You wait a minute before removing your hands from your face and leaning your elbows on the handrail, looking out at the scenery below.
‘He’s still alive, Steve. He’s been alive and alone this whole time.’ You hit your hands on the rail and stand back, the tears from earlier falling down your cheeks. ‘Dammit Steve.’ You sob, wiping your eyes harshly with your sleeve. Steve moves forward and puts his arms around you, his chin resting on the top of your head. You grip his jacket, letting yourself cry for the first time that day. He murmurs reassuring things in your ear as holds you. After a while, he pulls back and removes his hands, leaving one resting on your shoulder.
‘None of us knew, Y/N. We couldn’t have known this was gonna happen.’ He tried to console you, and if you’re honest - himself as well. You watched his face change, almost as if a memory was flickering around his head. You knew he was thinking about Bucky before all of this happened, because it was all you could think about too. ‘That man we saw today wasn’t the same man we watched fall from that train 70 years ago Y/N. He’s gone.’ He said. You knew he didn’t mean it, it was just something he was saying to make himself feel better; but nonetheless, you pushed his hand from your shoulder and lent back on the rail.
‘You can’t be so negative. He’s still in there Steve, I know he is. You saw his eyes, Bucky is still in there. And I will get him back.’
—————————
You guys now had a plan. You had to get back into the SHIELD base and take down Alexander Pierce. You’d gotten yourself together, gotten into your gear and was ready to fight. You’d had a lot of time to think and your anger had subsided - though it wasn’t completely gone. You felt adrenaline course through you as you helped the team execute the mission. You were up in the helicarrier with Steve trying to put the hardrive into the system to take it over. Time was close, but you felt good. You felt good until you heard a crash behind you. A feeling of dread overcame you. You knew who that was. You slowly turned around and saw his back, he was facing Steve. Seeing Bucky really did something to you, it was almost as if everything around you didn’t matter anymore. You could only focus on him, and you hated how you lost your senses around him. Back then, you loved it. When you were with him, the ground seemed lighter and the sun seemed brighter. People around you faded away and it felt like you were the only two people in the world. That was the best feeling ever; but now? It filled you with an unforgiving sadness that weighed heavy on your heart and rendered you senseless.
You were snapped from your thoughts when Steve launched his shield at Bucky, who effortlessly grabbed it and threw it to the ground below. You helped, your heart telling every fibre of your body to stop - but you carried on. A coldness filled the helicarrier as ice blasts were dodged by the soldier and hit nearby walls. Steve was nearly at the USB port, and you needed to keep Bucky back so Steve could insert the takeover drive. You tried your best, using your powers to keep Bucky from advancing on Steve. He’d shot Steve three times, and was about to again when you shot a blast of ice so large it knocked him down, the gun in his hand pointed towards you and fired before he fell. A bullet skimmed your shoulder and dropped to your knees in shock. Steve inserted the drive and fell to the floor. He lifted a hand to the com in his ear and told Maria to start destruction. He looked at you and you nodded, understanding that it was the best thing to do. You closed your eyes and waited.
The helicarrier jolted to a stop and explosions sounded all around you. The inner structure began to fall and the stairs you were laying on started to crumble. You fell from the air and hit the glass floor beneath you. Things above were falling and you felt woozy from the impact. You briefly heard Steve shout your name before you passed out.
...
Some time passed before you heard a cry, a struggling cry that ripped through you. You looked around, everything still hazy. You could see Steve lying across from you, and Bucky trapped under a steel beam; pushing at it in an attempt to free himself. You pushed yourself from the ground and wobbled toward him.
‘Here. I got it. Let me help you.’ You said softly. He stopped struggling and looked at you, his eyes going to the blue gem that hung around your neck. He watched it for a few seconds before snapping back and watching as you freed him. You put your hand to the steel beam and let it freeze before it began to crack. Eventually, it crumbled and Bucky was able to move backwards. Steve had woken up, and watched as you helped Bucky free himself. He saw Buck watch the necklace that swung around your neck, the gem catching the light occasionally. Was that a flicker of recognition across his eyes? He stood and tried to help Bucky up. He swung at Steve, shouting that he didn’t know who he was. You tried to help Steve, pulling at Bucky’s arm and telling him memories from your past in an attempt to get him to remember. He paused for a minute, and for a second - you thought it worked.
It didn’t.
He threw you in the opposite direction and you hit your head hard against the surface. Your whole body ached and the blow to your head left you feeling sick. You watched as Bucky, the love of your life, hit Steve to within an inch of his life. Tears streamed down your cheeks as you feebly shouted for him to stop. Before Bucky could finish, the helicarrier rumbled and completely exploded. You felt the ground fall from beneath you and suddenly, you were falling. The impact of your body hitting the water below knocked you out, the last thing you felt being the serenity that seemed to surround you as you fell through the air.
————————
An arm gripped you tightly around the waist as you felt yourself being pulled from the water, the air entering your lungs extremely welcome. Your head rested against a shoulder, one that you assumed was Steve’s. You closed your eyes again and then your body was layed gently on the sand. You opened your eyes and saw Steve laying motionless beside you. You turned your head and saw a figure briefly watch you before turning and walking away.
Your Bucky.
You stood up as quickly as you could, catching up to him. He turned and stopped, his eyes watching the necklace that lay on your chest again. You glanced at it before lifting a hand to the side of his cheek. He flinched but stayed where he was, completely still. You moved closer and pressed your lips to his in a very chaste kiss, just quick enough. He didn’t particularly reciprocate, but you felt a slight movement of his lips against yours; and that was enough. You leaned your forehead against his briefly, just taking in the moment you’d craved since you’d come out of the ice all that time ago.
He pulled away, muttering a ‘stop’ before disappearing into the forest behind you. You watched the scene infront of you for some time. You felt numb, even somewhat hopeful that there was a chance your Bucky could come back to you. You’d get him back, you’d fight for him; even if it was the last thing you did.

Ice - Bucky Barnes x Reader Part 2
Y/N and Bucky were in a relationship way before the war. Childhood sweethearts. Y/N has a mutation in which they can produce ice and manipulate it. Y/N went into the ice with Steve 70 years ago, their powers being the reason Steve survived the cold.
A/N: I tried to write it as accurately as I could in accordance with the movie, but some of the sequence is cut down!
Part 1 Part 3
Y/N = Your Name
Warnings: Violence
this fic is gender neutral:)
Tumblr media
——————————
70 years.
It had been 70 years since you’d breathed fresh air. 70 years since you’d seen the trees or heard the birds. When you woke up, stuff was different. Panic overcame you and the world seemed different. The room you’d woken up in could easily have been a room from a house in the 40’s. The world outside looked the same as you’d left it through the big, arched windows. The bed sheets were scratchy, and the magazines that lay beside you could have been seen on a stand in Brooklyn in 1945.
But something was different.
Was it the air? The clothes that you wore on your body were too soft. The shoes that were on your feet were too comfortable. If you’d been back home, if things were right - the shoes would’ve been heavy, almost as if you couldn’t walk.
The door creaked open and a man stepped through the door, crisp shirt with a small tie and slacks. His hair was gelled to perfection and the watch that sat on his wrist ticked soundlessly. Too modern.
‘Welcome, Y/N. I trust you slept well?’ He asked, raising an eyebrow and adjusting the curtains slightly, casting a glance out the window and watching the non-existent cars below.
Before you could reply, you heard shouting next door and a crash. You ran from your bed, but before you could get to the door - the man stopped you.
‘Please Y/N, it’s nothing. You need to stay here.’ He said as he gripped your wrist.
‘Sorry.’ You muttered. A familiar feeling overcame you and ice surrounded the man’s hands. He shouted from the cold and stumbled backwards. You flew through the door, catching a glimpse of a familiar blond head of hair flying through a wall. You chased after Steve, using ice to break doors down in attempt to catch up with him. You followed him outside, and what you saw stunned you.
You saw Steve stop and look around. Breathlessly, you reached him and tapped his shoulder.
‘Steve?’ You said, throwing quick glances to what appeared to be a dream around you.
‘Y/N!’ He seemed relieved and pulled you into an embrace. He seemed scared, which you couldn’t blame him for; you were too. He pulled away and took a step back. ‘I have so many questions.’ He said, pointing to the gleaming billboards around you.
‘Hey guys, look I’m sorry about that little show back there but I thought it would be easier to break it to you slowly.’
You both turned around and a man with an eye-patch stood before you, dressed in dark clothes.
‘Break what?’ You asked hesitantly, not really wanting to know the answer. The thought of what had happened on the train overcame your mind, making your stomach drop.
‘You’ve been asleep, Cap n’ Ice. For almost 70 years.’ He replied, moving closer to you both. Your head hurt from his words. 70 years? You thought about your life before, and what you had missed. You thought about Bucky, and how he was now long gone. A lump formed in your throat as you reached for the necklace he’d given you on your anniversary. You breathed a sigh of relief when you found the familiar blue gem dangling from the small chain.
‘You guys gonna be okay?’ The man with the eye-patch asked. A small smile touched your lips at the man’s seeming concern. You looked over at Steve, who stared at the floor.
‘Yeah, it’s just...I had a date.’ He said sadly, and your mind immediately went back to the words exchanged between him and Peggy before the ship landed in the ice. Your heart ached.
You’d both lost the people you loved.
————————-
‘Steve, trust me. There’s something about him. His eyes…they didn’t belong to a killer.’ You said quietly. Your encounter with this assassin had been brief. He was strong though; his arm was made of metal and he was an exact match for Steve in terms of fighting and ability. He caught the vibranium shield as if it were nothing. However, when you’d looked into his eyes on the top of that roof, there was something different. They looked sad, and for some reason; you felt as if this killer had a story.
‘Y/N, he tried to kill us both. He’s been tasked to kill us, and he won’t stop. There’s nothing inside that guy.’ Steve replied, anger evident in his tone. You breathed in sharply, pursing your lips and moving your fingers to the pendent around your neck. You still thought about him every day, thinking about the moments you’d had before everything went sour. The midnight meetings and the secret ice creams before school. You smiled, getting up and bidding good night to Steve.
There was something about that guy, you didn’t know what, but a scary sadness seemed to surround him.
—————————
You guys were on the run. SHIELD was corrupt, and right now - your trust was very limited. You were staying with a friend, Sam, who Steve had met on his morning runs. He insisted he was a good guy, and Natasha seemed to think so too. You didn’t quite know what to think, not yet.
***
You had cracked one person on the inside - Jasper Sitwell. Steve, in a rather unorthodox manner, had managed to get information from him regarding Alexander Pierces’s plans for SHIELD’s future. It wasn’t good.
You were in the car. You, Jasper, and Natasha in the back of the car keeping an eye on things. Steve and Sam were discussing the plans, when the roof of the car suddenly caved in and the window nearest Jasper was ripped open. A hand reached through and pulled him out, tossing him into the oncoming traffic on the other side of the road. Natasha launched herself onto Steve, attempting to shield herself from the bullets coming through the back of the car. Steve pulled the break so the person on the roof flew off and landed onto the road. You looked forward and saw who it was.
It was him. The Winter Soldier.
His metal arm dragged across the concrete and he stopped gracefully. A car behind you crashed into the back of your car, pushing you forwards. The soldier moved elegantly across the top of the car and onto the roof of the one behind you. Sam had lost all control of the car, and it was quickly being pushed into the barrier and into the traffic on the other side. You could feel it about to flip and Steve looked across at you. You knew what he was thinking, and you blasted the hinges of the door with ice, shattering them and the door flying off, taking Steve, Nat and Sam with it. You shattered the windscreen and dove through it, rolling across the road and hearing the car crash and burn behind you. You got up shakily and went to where the car door had landed. You helped them get up and turned around to face the Winter Soldier. He took a large gun from the van beside him, and began his shot at you guys. Steve pushed you and Nat away and took the blast from the bullet, his shield saving him from harm. The impact shot him backwards and onto the road below. You heard the crashes of vehicles and silently prayed he was okay.
The soldier kept shooting and you and Nat moved away quickly. You managed to freeze a few of the blasts and send them away and towards the soldier but he dodged them with ease. You guys jumped from the road, landing underneath a tunnel. You parted from Nat and went to the bus where Steve had landed. You helped civilians out from the bus and turned your attention to the assassin that was rapidly coming towards you. You fought him best you could, your hand-to-hand combat was excellent - but his was better. His metal arm got the best of the ice. You attempted to freeze his arms and disarm him but his strength shattered the ice easily, and he threw you across the street where you landed on a car. He followed you, coming to the top of the car where you’d landed. He bent down and placed his non-metal hand around your neck. He had you now, there was no escaping. He tightened his grip, and you felt your breath leaving you quickly. Before he could completely finish you, he stopped dead. His hand remained around your neck, but the pressure stopped. His eyes remained fixed on your chest where the blue gem pendant gleamed in the light. He watched it, confusion passing across his brow. You took advantage of the situation and blasted him backwards with a gale of ice. He flew away from you, his back colliding with a van near Steve. You felt exhausted as you sat up and brought a hand to your chest to feel the pendant. You turned it around in your fingers a few times, trying to figure out why the necklace caught his attention. And more importantly, why he’d stopped.
You heard a crash behind you and saw Steve and the assassin in a hand to hand with a knife. Weak as you were, you tried to help Steve fight him, but he was too good. Whilst they were fighting, you noticed Steve’s shield was nowhere to be seen. You looked across the street and saw it wedged into a concrete pillar. You ran towards it and pulled as hard you could, successfully dislodging it.
‘Steve!’ You shouted, throwing it hard in his direction. He caught it and before the soldier could plunge the knife into Steve’s chest, he hit him hard with the shield. He fell backwards and the mask fell from his face. He stood up and his hair blew back, revealing his identity.
You could have sworn the floor felt like it was falling from beneath your feet. Your whole body went cold, breath catching in your throat.
‘Bucky?’

Awesome. Great if it were to be anything it would be based on Q but nothing to close to the films or books.
Ah I love Q! Are you thinking Ben Whishaw Q?

Note
Do you write for James Bond? xx
Yes I can if you’d like - I’m not overly familiar with the books and movies but I know the basics and as long as the requests aren’t too movie/book specific I should be fine💓

to anyone out there who’s struggling with having no friends — wondering where you belong in this world, searching for a place to belong — you matter. you are so important. and you will find your people or maybe just a special person who feels like home. it may seem like your loneliness will last forever, but it won’t. it never does.
