I've said it before and I'll say it again, Strykore's character would have been so much better if they had made him just a tiny bit fruity, I mean LOOK AT THIS!

I couldn't agree with this more. Like, don't get me wrong, I absolutely ADORE Tommy, and I like to hype him up in my head, but you're not gonna see me up in arms when someone doesn't like him.

Heck, I'm scared to say that I'm a mighty morphin fan because I don't wanna be seen as a nostalgia-blinded asshole who doesn't acknowledge the other seasons.

Portal brothers (idk what else to call them) headcannons!

(This has nothing to do with the light seeker au)

-Eon is used as an expression like Celestia in mlp (ex. "Oh, for the love of Eon!)

-Eon is awful at the arts in general (specifically drawing and acting)

-On the contrary, Strykore is actually an amazing artist, he's just too busy being evil to show off his craft

-If Aurora exists in the academy cannon, I feel that Strykore would be a somewhat decent father to her (no other reason than I thought it would be funny)

-They would both pretend to be each other when they were younger to trick their parents, due to this they can mimic each other's voices perfectly

Light Seeker Q&A

Light Seeker!Strykore and Aurora

I decided to knock these two out in one post because Strykore's summary is really brief

Strykore:

Basically, Strykore became headmaster of the academy after his brother went nuts and pretty much became a cult leader (see my previous post for more context)

He has a bit more serious personality than Eon does in the show, but he can be a bit silly from time to time. (If that makes sense)

His appearance is mostly the same as in cannon, but with a few minor changes. First of all, he has an elemental sash like Eon's, but gray to match his robe, I also feel he wouldn't have his eye bags, and his voice would be less growly (I know that's not a feature related to appearance, but I had no idea where else to put this detail).

Aurora:

Oh boy... this girl is where the true meat of the au lies.

In this au, Aurora is Strykore's daughter, with Spyro being her adoptive brother. For most of her life, she always dreamed of becoming a skylander, but there was just one problem... she doesn't have any elemental powers. This is mostly her arc during season 1, with Strykore regularly reassuring her that she's probably just a late bloomer.

She wouldn't have her outfit from imaginators yet, (that's for season 3) so instead she would wear a bit more casual clothes in season 1, and some sort uniform in season 2.

Now, this is probably one of the biggest changes I've made to the plot in this au, instead of Aurora meeting Eon at the end of season 2 like in cannon with Kaos and Strykore, she would meet him at the end of season 1.

This would happen after the doom raiders break into the academy. She would grab the book of dark magic and run in an attempt to hide it from the doom raiders (they still needed it to send Crash back home). while running, Aurora would trip, and the book would fly open and reveal Eon, who appears as a floating pair of blue eyes. After a bit of conversation between them, Eon would bestow some power to Aurora, who would then help the skylanders in fending off the doom raiders.

Near the beginning of season 2, Strykore finally enrolls Aurora to be a cadet at the academy after helping the skylanders at the end of season 1, where Eon appears to her again due to him setting up a telepathic connection with her when giving Aurora her powers, and he would help her to be more chill learn how to control them in an attempt to get her to trust him.

I'm gonna end this post here because I'm afraid of spoiling the rest of the story, especially because I'm not quite finished with it yet.

More light seeker content ✨️

In this post, I wanted to go over the light seeker himself (AKA this au's version of Eon)

The main inspirations for this version of Eon are Ash Landers/Angela Blanc from Black Butler, Starlight Glimmer's village from mlp, Team buddy (a fanmade Pokémon evil team), and the Squip from Be More Chill

Background:

Many years ago, Strykore, Kaossandra, and Eon were all studying the magic arts together when Eon found a special kind of magic that would allow him to siphon the darkness out of living beings.

He used this as a means to help skylands, believing that he was destroying the darkness that he was taking, However, this came at a cost. What Eon didn't know was that he was actually absorbing the darkness instead of destroying it. Due to this, Eon became more and more corrupted over time and was driven into madness.

Strykore and Kaossandra tried to help their friend, but he was too far gone. So they made the difficult choice to banish him in a dimensional rift, (after the whole dragon fiasco) and Strykore took Eon's place as headmaster of the academy.

Appearance:

His robe and helmet have the same color scheme as Aurora's, that being white and gold. I don't think he would have his beard yet when he's eventually let out of his prison, but he would start growing it after the fact.

Light Seeker au introduction!

‼️(Spoilers for Skylanders academy)‼️In this au, Eon and Strykore have basically swapped places, Strykore is the headmaster of the academy and protector of the core of light, whereas Eon is the villain trapped in the book.

Instead of making him the light eater, Eon is known as "the light seeker", his powers are the opposite of Strykore's, instead of draining the light out of people, he drains the darkness out of them, which has negative effects on their mind.

In this au, Kaos doesn't exist, since Eon is his father, instead, I was thinking of bringing Aurora into the story, Eon could convince her that he was falsely imprisoned and turn her against Strykore.

This is the most thought-out au I have made so I'm very proud of it, also if you have any questions, I would love to answer them! 💗
