Have you ever experienced that moment when someone criticises you and it is so obvious that they are nervous to say those things about you? Maybe you have thought of saying something mean to someone else, and you get that same feeling? It’s an uncomfortable feeling. But have you ever thought about why people get this anxious feeling before they say something nasty? It’s not because they aren’t confident speakers. It’s because it is the universe telling them not to say it because it’s a lie. It’s kind of like an alarm inside your head, warning you that something isn’t right. Now I am not saying that if someone sayings something mean to you without being anxious that it means it’s true. If this ‘alarm’ does not go off in someone’s mind before they say something negative, it is purely because they believe it about themselves. They have trained themselves to think saying harsh words is normal, it doesn’t mean it’s true. There is only one truth. That truth is, everyone is beautiful. These things you may see as “flaws” is actually the thing that makes us all unique from eachother. None of us are the same, meaning there is no way to tell what is not beautiful. There is no single way of how something can be beautiful, because if that was the case only one person on this planet would be beautiful. It doesn’t work like that.
