Headcanon that other slayers are always in awe and admire how controlled Yoriichi's breathing is, like how he's so skilled in it that no one can hear him breathe even when he's using Total Breathing Concentration or when he uses forms, but Yoriichi doesn't know how to tell them that his breathing is so so quiet is because he was accustomed in quieting his breathing as a child because he thought his existence was a taboo and his presence only bringing misfortune so he lived as quiet as possible.

KNY Idol / K-Pop Demon Hunter AU but make it the top three Uppermoons where they are called the M00NX.

They all wear masks like moon phases;

Kokushibou wears a crescent moon mask (not much half, not much full, cause he'll never be a half of a man Yoriichi is lol)

Douma wears a full moon mask to symbolize his difficulty in expressing and feeling emotions (he joins in as a rebellion to his parents and the cult but sometimes old habit comes back)

Akaza wears the half moon mask because one side is Hakuji (he joins in the group to get money for Koyuki's medical expenses)

Muzan is the manager.

Gyutaro and Ume help with the choreography, Gyoko is in charge of the make-up and clothes, Kaigaku with the music compiling and pitching, while Hantengu (and his clones) handles the equipment etc etc

Just a thought, but does Akaza feeling the need to become stronger is actually the desire to take care of others/his beloved ones because as Hakuji, he put his greatest strength in taking care of his father and Koyuki, as well as helping Kaizo?

So him being obsessed in being stronger as a demon is just an endless path because without any genuine companions or relationships made with others, he can never be at his best. Him excluding and isolating himself from the other Uppermoons and yet being talkative to humans perhaps come from a buried instinct in detecting people he can connect with?

Also his blood demon art working like a compass magnet feels ironic to his situation of never ending seeking to be stronger since he's alone and has no one to protect and care for.

Tanjirou's coping mechanism/reaction when something bad happens is to act or do something. Take action.

When his grandma was sick, he'd go gather his little siblings away while his parents handled grandma. When his dad was coughing blood, he'd go boil the water and assisted his mom in cleaning the mess. When Nezuko's body was the only one warm while the others were cold, he carried her down the mountain in search of help.

Except for that one time. When Kyoujuro was dying and Tanjirou was rooted sitting in front of him, not knowing what to do, so the sensation of helplessness and shock seeping into his limbs and froze them still. He didn't know what to do. He literally couldn't do anything but sit and watch Kyoujuro die.
