I know this sounds awful, but I used to be SO good at st@rv1ng and sticking to strict calorie limits before I gained all the weight back. Like the first time I lost it, at one point I wouldn’t go over 200 cals for weeks at a time and now it’s so hard to even stick to not going over 500 for a few days at a time. I feel like a failure and I’m failing against my own self like… how is my younger self better at this than me.
