I have always loved each and every opportunity to be interviewed by the Canadian Broadcast Corporation, CBC
On May 29th, I received a request while at Harvard Commencement to be interviewed. As expected, the interviewer asked some thought provoking questions.

Absolutely! Self-esteem, self-worth, and one’s own self-identity is having that intrinsic ability to clearly express oneself through fitness and academia. Knowledge is a key component to fostering one’s ability towards expression of thoughts, feelings and emotions. It doesn’t matter whether the knowledge is gained through a “traditional” educational system or some other form; it’s about providing the individual something of substance that they can call their own and have pride in. ~ @DrAsaDonBrown

“Get married once. That’s the trick. Divorce destroys wealth and happiness. I’ve seen it happen. Pick the right spouse, invest in the relationship, and stay together.”
~ Kevin O’Leary aka. Mr. Wonderful. @kevinolearytv
I wholeheartedly agree. Obviously, there are rationale reasons for divorce, but many relationships are never given a chance or an opportunity to mature. We live in a disposable world consumed with instant gratification that lacks commitment. My wife and I will celebrate our 28th on August 16th and I can’t imagine my life without her. She’s my best friend, ally, and greatest supporter of my work, and most of all, an amazing mother to our children. It’s a commitment and authentic partnership.

As a Canadian/American, I am stunned by the disturbing news emerging from Vancouver's Lapu Lapu Day Festival this past evening.
My sincerest of thoughts are with those who have been directly and indirectly affected by this senseless attack.
As a first responder, I also know how overwhelming such a scene can be; therefore, my thoughts will be with everyone providing essential care for the innocent victims.
My heart and thoughts will be with all.

“Children are sponges, soaking up every verbal and nonverbal interaction.” ~ Dr. Asa Don Brown
“Psychologist Asa Don Brown said ‘Children are sponges, soaking up every verbal and nonverbal interaction.’
Well, a new study shows that babies might become more persistent if they see adults around them struggling through their tasks.”

The Great Spaghetti 'Harvest' of 1957. <wink>
On this day in 1957, Richard Dimbleby reported for Panorama on the bumper spaghetti harvest in Switzerland.
"For those who love this dish, there is nothing like real home-grown spaghetti."

There have been few individuals who have mindfully, intentionally and consistently marched by the beat of their own drum. Ultimately, it’s about living life completely and being guided by one’s own inner voice.
Steve Jobs dared to question the norm, to dream loftier dreams, and he never relinquished the reins to his life.
“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” ~ Steve Jobs
Jobs made mistakes and had personal failures throughout the span of his life, but he never gave in and he never gave up. It’s this type of personal drive and ambition that should inspire us and motivate us to reach for the heavens.
May you be inspired to dream loftier dreams and reach beyond the heavens.
