It takes great powers of judgment to measure someone else’s... Words demonstrate integrity, and deeds even more so. Here is where one needs extraordinary care, profound observation, and critical power.

Realization
Tumblr media
I did this as a relaxer while waiting for the poll results to come in. This is how the comic is going to be stylized for the most part, btw, fully shaded aside from the battle mode pages. I snort trauma like air. I hope you enjoyed lol coming from the wholesomeness from A Fitting Appointment to this.

It's not that people don't understand right from wrong.
It's that moral/ethical concerns aren't what guides most behavior on social media.
People recognize what's principled and kind. But they also recognize what gets rewarded.
The affirmation, the dopamine hit of the likes...is addictive and powerful, and it re-writes our reality if we're not vigilant.
The Algorithm doesn't reward honesty, humility, nuance, or reflection. It rewards certainty, outrage, and loyalty to the in-group. The Algorithm teaches us that certainty is strength, rage is virtue, and loyalty means never hesitating.
We've learned to fear being socially wrong more than we fear being false.
We perform moral clarity instead of living with moral integrity.
We don't stand for values or universal moral principles. We signal alignment.
Ask yourself:
Are you right...or just on the right side?
Are you guided by principles...or by applause/acceptance?
The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.
-George Orwell
The cost of commitment to principles is a social cost, and social media has made most of us unwilling to pay it.
The test of personal integrity isn't whether you're right when it's easy. It's whether you stay true to your principles when it's not.

" Out of Line"
It's the person who's "out of line" who is always told to, "Get back in line!"
Tumblr media
I'm "out of line," and the students tell me to, "Get back in line!" But I say, "No, " and I saw a smaller line, and they all seemed happy and stood out as different. They were dressed in school uniform. So I started making my way over there. And the teacher of the line I left came and asked me to, "Get back in line" and when I replied, "No", immediately that teacher took it to the principal and now the principal and teachers from my original class started threatening me in front of the students. Who were trying to scare me to get back in place. When I started to break down and cry, my original classmates and other students of that class said, "If you would have stayed in line, this wouldn't have happened to you!" Even with that being done, I kept making my way to the other line. Now, the teachers became furious, and bullies from that school approach me, telling me to turn around. Once again, I refused, so the principal gave a "signal" to the bullies, and they said, "Fine, you could go." As I turned and walked a couple steps further, they added by yelling, "This school dressed you! So we're taking your clothes from off your back!" They started ripping the clothes off of me in front of my classmates and other students. "Hahahaha," they would all laugh as I became naked. Once, I was stripped, and the students of that class noticed the scars and bruises on my naked body. The bullies moved aside so all could see, and I saw pointing, I heard whispering and laughing, and from the laughing crowd, words came out, "How long you had that there!" followed by more laughter. I even heard the ones that had pitty for me say, "If he would have only stayed." At that exact time, I got up from off the ground and turned my back against them

Historical amnesia is a dangerous phenomenon not only because it undermines moral and intellectual integrity but also because it lays the groundwork for crimes that still lie ahead.

Trump has been nothing but a financial, political, and spiritual burden on the United States! What has he ever done, besides give the 1% a giant tax cut adding $5 trillion to the deficit, beneficial for this nation? Honestly! I’d like to know. He inherited a great economy that Obama and Biden spent 8 years fixing from Bush Jr’s catastrophic failures. By the time Trump left office we had record high unemployment, economy in the tank, inflation on the rise. I hear maga say Obama was the most divisive president of all time?! To that I say BULLSHIT!!! He was only divisive if you were a racist. Which apparently is a lot of people.
The only thing Trump has done is grift off this nation, shred the constitution, rig SCOTUS, destroy our reputation, ruin the economy, sell our secrets to Russia, divide this nation like never before, and make a mockery of all who died to protect the rights and freedoms granted to us. So if you hate America, he did quite a bit I suppose.
