so imagine being fem!reader sharing a dorm with the saja boys while trying not to get found out

of course u cant hide forever tho so this is how i think you'd get found out and how they'd react:

❓ mystery knew from the start. you didnt realize he was scrutinizing you so closely bc of them fuck ass bangs but from the day you met he could tell just by looking at you. but, much like he does about everything, he kept quiet because he didnt want to freak you out. he found it cute though, every time you'd slip up and get all flustered trying to cover up why you were staring at the dresses at the mall or why you were caught buying pads. so, he'd just smile, pat your head, and calmly help you make excuses. if you walk into the wrong room at the wrong time he'll quietly direct you to a gender neutral bathroom or drape a towel over your eyes whenever the guys got too... carefree in the locker room. lowk helps you hide it from the other members bc he likes it being his little secret

🍼 baby also found out pretty early but also like not really? he walked in on you in the bathroom once and was like "mb" and then he thought about it and was like "wait a sec..." but then he just shrugged it off. and since then for a while in the back of his head he would catch the way you walk or the way you sit or the way your eyelashes look against your cheek and for a split second would think like "is he a chick?" but he never really came to a conclusion bc he just dont gaf. dude or not he treats you pretty much the same. once everyone else starts figuring it out tho thats when he starts acknowledging it. now that everyone else seems to treat you differently as a girl, he starts questioning how to feel or act around you...

💪 abby started rough housing with the other boys and tried to pull you in. lifted you up and not only were you lighter than he expected, your bodies were right up against each other. you did your best to bind your tits down but when you were chest to chest like this it was still noticeable. he awkwardly puts you down and scratches the back of his neck, mumbling an apology. for the next few days his brain is fried thinking about it. he never verbally acknowledges it but he starts being super gentle around you and treating you like you're fragile. feels the need to protect you physically, even if its against the other boys. always keeping watch to make sure they're gentle with you as well.

✨ jinu overhears you out yourself on the phone somehow and is so mad and so flustered at the same time. he's afraid you're going to be a liability if the fans find out and its gonna be a pain to hide but behind all that anger he's just scared of women fr. blushes every time he remembers you're a girl. every time you end up together alone in the living room or catch each other in the hallway, brushing each others shoulders in the slightest, he turns bright red and freaks tf out. somehow though he finds it easier to connect with you emotionally as a girl. with other guys it sometimes feels weird to be vulnerable, but you don't seem to have that shame at all. he admires it. gwi ma probably forced you into this situation so he empathizes with you.

🫶 romance liked to ask you all the time about your love life. asking what your type is, ideal date, dream wedding, do you want kids, etc. you figured it would be safest to just pretend you were a straight dude who liked girls. he wouldnt have cared though. he was starting to feel a little something for you even before you revealed yourself as a girl but refrained from going down that route to stay professional. but when you do reveal yourself as a girl it starts to get even harder to keep that boundary.

🥤 overall once they figure it out none of them tell each other or really say it aloud bc of the implications it has. but they all show it through actions like making sure you're fed and hydrated, letting you use the shower first, asking you if you need a break during rehearsal, etc. but trust, once they all start offering to help you at the same time--like all of them reaching to lend you their marker during fan signings when yours goes dry or surrounding you with 5 different choices of hoodie when you mention you're cold--they start getting real jealous and possessive real soon; they all want to be the one and only you rely on.

eventually though when they all reveal that they all know and everyone's on the same page, they start working together to protect you. all 5 of them wrapped around ur finger 😋 but still fighting for your attention

When you two get into a stupid fight and haven't been talking but one particular night he takes things rather personally.

You and Sae were closer than just manager and player, you were like friends. You'd tease him constantly and he'd pretend not to see you. Still he was better than most men you'd been friends with before.

Today was.. however a bit different. You and Sae got into a stupid childish fight about how you threw a pillow over his face to get his attention when he was ignoring you and then he crashed out on you.

You knew you shouldn't have!! But ugh, its not like he hasn't hit you with a pillow before!

Glancing at the time which hit 12:45AM You arrange your stuff in your office which ego designed specifically for you to do your work properly. The door that was closed had a familiar knock placed over it the sound echoing in a distance.

"You can come in!!"

You said as you tried to arrange the things on the top shelve and tried to get out a certain file.

The man had entered your room and placed some thing you considered to be a register down on your table without saying anything. You hummed in acknowledgement, "jus' keep it right there! I'll keep it in a min-"

the file you so desperately tried to reach at the top of the shelve was now being accompanied by saes hand, slowly drifting the file down the shelf was when you realized just how close he was to you.

Your back pressed against his chest, his hand right above your head like he was pinning you.

You quickly look back only to regret how close he was to you, "your file." He said in a voice which would be his usual voice but it wasn't. It was deeper, raspier.

His eyes were locked onto you like he was trying to focus on something else but he kept being drifted back on you.

You froze for a moment, "..thanks.." you replied shortly, but he didn't move.

Just stayed there not moving an inch.

His eyes half lidded as he looked down at you, unable to stop himself from leaning his head lower and lower. He wasn't even doing it himself it was like a.. magnetic pull.

"You know," sae started, breaking the silence.

You looked back up at him, he seemed to be,

"You'd just let any guy in your office after midnight, hm?" He asked like he was mocking you.

"You really are naive." He fought back a smirk.

You scoffed, not making any effort to push his hand away from your wrist because you liked how it felt and shot back, "but I know you're not that kind of guy!"

You sounded so sure of yourself.

"Really?" He stepped closer and closer and suddenly friend didn't seem to good of a title to describe whatever this was. "You trust me, that much?"

He asked leaning closer and closer. Your heart races, you want this its all over your face and body. The way you look up at him so longingly and then he pulls back

He pulls back.

Putting his hands away, "im sorry." He said before turning around and going to rhe door to avoid you for the rest of his life but you grab his wrist, "dont be sorry!" You frowned but a rosy pink blush appeared on your cheeks as he turned back to see you. "....huh?" He deadpannned.

"I'm...I.. uhh.." you stammered having nothing to back it up.

"Nevermind! g-good-bye!!" And you slammed the door shut after throwing him out.

Why do I feel like Tony is probably obscenely good at video games—

Like y’all get insanely competitive with each other and can caught up playing video games with each other for hours, just completely wrapped up in the competition together. 

I don’t care if it’s a Nintendo Gamecube version of Mario Kart or Star Craft II, y’all are insane. 

Anyway yeah nobody wants to play with either of you two 

You invited the Avengers last week, and they were shook. 

Video games are one of your favorite bonding activities with each other. You verbally spar, there’s plenty of raucous laughter and banter and you just have the best time with him. 

At the end of it, all is forgiven and you can go back to being your normal selves but the second you both get controllers in your hands, it is game on and Tony is going DOWN.

Steve 

Steve is oh so adorably confused by video games, and while he tries his hardest, he is horrible at playing them. He is, however, very impressed by you and your abilities and he loves watching you play. 

Steve is in the habit of going to the library every week, returning a book and getting a new one, so oftentimes, he’ll sit and read his book beside you, occasionally stopping to watch you play. 

He likes falling asleep on the couch with his head in your lap as you play, content to be so close to you. You love your little cuddle bug and how easy going he is, how willing he is to just join in on your favorite things in any way that he knows how to. 

You do plenty of other things besides gaming too, of course, but it’s a good evening activity and you both make it a priority every Friday night.

Bucky 

Bucky was really confused at first, similar to Steve. Nothing like this existed during the forties. The difference between Bucky and Steve though, was that Bucky got good at it. And now he plays with you. 

Sure, you’re a lot better at it than he is, but he has gotten pretty damn good, actually.

Bucky prefers simpler games—the original Sonic, Nintendo Gamecube, that kind of thing. It feels slightly more familiar to him and it just feels more comfortable for him. 

You’re pretty relaxed about it, so when you play with him, you try to stick to simpler games. Bucky really likes Street Fighter, so y’all love playing that together. 

Overall, it’s definitely not the kind of date that you and Bucky have, but it’s a staple of your week, especially once you move in together. You’re always happy to play games with him and spend your time together that way, and you appreciate his ability to meet you where you’re at. 

John

Ohhhh, boy. 

John is way too damn good at video games.

He grew up with them, he plays them all of the time, and once the two of you both realized that it was something you both liked, you began playing them together a lot. 

It’s not uncommon for either of you to play a game without the other, but you play together a lot too, and you like talking about your playthroughs together. It’s an easy, reliable conversation starter and it’s a common denominator for both of you. 

Y’all got really into more story-based games as well, like Until Dawn and The Quarry. 

Basically, y’all will play everything and anything together, and your Christmas gifts for each other are almost always new video games. 

You spend the rest of Christmas day in overly cheery holiday pajamas, cuddled up with blankets and controllers in your hands. 

Bob

Bob does not like violent video games. He doesn’t like how desensitized people are to it, either, so you’re careful not to play anything like Call of Duty so as to not upset him. 

He does, however, like some video games, and he is more than happy to play with you. 

Oftentimes though, Bob elects to watch you play instead, crocheting or doing chores or reading or just laying beside you, watching the television. 

He likes to listen to you talk about it, tell him strategies or about characters or really just anything, he likes to hear you talk and likes to listen. 

Bob has gotten into making bread recently, so the two of you like spending Saturday mornings on the couch, Bob getting up every thirty minutes to stretch and fold his dough before returning to his designated spot beside you.

you ever have fandom drama go down with literally all the big blogs for one fandom that you love so much, and then all the blogs you follow just start throwing tomato's at each other?

yeah thats pretty much me with the danny phantom x dc crossover tag argument thing rn

also im of the opinion that, this is kinda always how crossovers worked? you tag it with both fandoms it includes? and the tag thing is not that bad? or atleast ive had not that much trouble finding only solely danny phantom content

and i mean, danny phantom is an old fandom objectively, the only new content being some comic books which alot of people didnt read because they didnt wanna or couldnt spend money on it

it makes sense that even alot of old fans would get into dp x dc, and that because dc is such a big and active fandom in comparison, that a lot of dc fans would get into the crossovers, and become new danny phantom fans via the crossovers

but ik alot of people are arguing that they shouldnt be, because they think that dc fans have never even seen danny phantom because of small details they get wrong or mix up, which is like a whole nother "if youre in this fandom you have to know everything about the media or youre not a real fan" shaped problem that I dont care for at all

the truth is most of them probably are just going off of what they remember from their childhoods because ALOT of people watched danny phantom as a kid, and just havent had time to rewatch it fully, so yeah, theyre gonna not remember some things and have to fill in the blanks themselves or go off of what other fans say

and as far as im aware anyways, this isnt really just a dc and dp thing? Im in the miraculous ladybug fandom and fic wise alot of it is now danny phantom or dc crossovers, but ive heard no complaints and given no complaints (despite not liking them myself) because thats mainly on ao3 and you can just block it

the point im going to make is actually, that alot of the fandom on tumblr is reliant on ao3 in the first place, and like on ao3 this definitely isnt a problem, because you can block a tag easily and most people on ao3 know better then to not tag something that they have in a fic

thing is? people are used to that. it is considered heavily heavily impolite on ao3 to not tag a fandom or thing you have in the fic.

and most tumblr users are or started as ao3 users. its pretty much the same etiquette on here.

but somehow when you go on tumblr with specifically danny phantom fans? somehow people are offended by it?

thing is, same as on ao3, on tumblr you can block a tag and filter.

but lets say you are blocking that and still seeing dc crossover stuff like so many people are complaing

then isnt the problem logically that alot of these people just arent tagging the dc stuff properly then? because i imagine thats what you should be trying to block so.... why be mad that theyre tagging danny phantom when thats one of the correct tags to be using? so that anyone who wants to see crossovers plus regular content can?

I was being serious last time about how masochistic yall are about loona, Val and stolas! Stolas isn't perfect but we all know he hasbeen trying! Stolas has been there for vi from the start of the first episode we see them in. Thy bond in the first episode we see too and we can sense their love. We see them at loo loo land hanging out while vias still mad at Stella for being a pos. The real reason why she was upset was not because of stolas bur because of Stella and we see that play put in the second ep. We see her frustration towards her mother. But deep down hides it for the most part and pretends to be mad at stolas. In the series we see them struggle because of Stella who created a broken home for via and ruined stolass life. We know that via is hurting and she eventually snaps at stolas even though he was the only good thing to come out of her life. He was there when she was a chick. He was there in her teen years and as an egg, he was there as an older teen nearing adulthood around the corner. We know via loves stolas but it's Stella's fault for blinding her into mistakenly hating her father stolas. I liked when loona gave via advice. Loona was never abusive? Exactly when and where? and how? Huh? What? Where is that proof you crirics seem to have? She struggles sure but she doesn't mean it or its just jokes oure and simple. I dont know why sooo many people say that it was a terrible god awful message about stolas trying. Is that not the truth? Loona is the voice of reason and the one who knows about stolas and vias life. 8 dont think she got sidelined personally i think Viv is just cooking up an arc behind the scenes in the series. But anyway she knows stolas, Based on the fact she knows WHO? BLITZ !!! Youd know this if you went back and watched the show. She knows stolas and everything about him through her dad. She is good to her dad and i liked to see her written the way she was because we see her feel for via and stolas. You should know this??? Loona is the brian griffin of the show I don't give af what anyone says and blitzo is the stewie of the show. Honestly go ahead and prove me wrong on that particular part of family guy. Bet you dont have much of an argument. It makes sense in their dynamic to be written like the griffins and strongly bonded relationship arcs. I like that Vivziepop wrote these arcs because of the fact she wanted to tell a complicated and complex story and we all love that about her. She is a creative genius who took inspiration from south park, family guy and bojack horsemen and all of this powerful artist writing and talent went into the show with its beautiful directing. She is my idol and had been from the start. It broke my heart to see that moment and heartwrenching scene where she let go and went straight to her abusers Andre and Stella. And she walks away while stolas breaks down and cries for her in the most meaningful way possible. You'd know all this information if you juat gave Vivziepop a chance and watched both seasons all over again. But I guess thats too much for you and that laziness ain't going to get you anywhere on life. Honestly you should watch it again. Skip hazbin hotel until I get to Val but man is that a Lot of information you just either forgot or just probably missed out on. Valentino is a pimp and he's meant to be a lovable adorable kind of pimp that's funny asf. His voice direction is fantastic. He knows how to deliver lines like a true villain of the darkness. He's masculine but more feminine like a gay man of the night. While he does hit Valentino ita angel who went to Val. Or Val found him. I can't say for certain you'd just have to watch the show God Damnit! We see in the addict video that he is sinister and should be taken seriously as a threat in hell as an overlord. He's supposed to be ruthless in who he is. But he gets cut slack because he can be sympathetic or nice to people around him. I mean look at his relationship with the vees. He gets along with them just fine and is one of the main vessels to the vees entire existence.

Stolas:

- Octavia wasn’t mad at Stella, she was mad at Stolas. In “Loo loo Land” Stolas is the one consistently getting called out by Octavia for ruining their home life. They had an entire conversation about it near the end of the episode.

- “I dont know why sooo many people say that it was a terrible god awful message about Stolas trying.” Because he doesn’t actually put in the effort to be there for Octavia or change. He practically forgets her. In “Seeing Stars” Stolas was more busy with his side adventure with Blitzø and flirting with him. It’s also funny because Stolas could’ve called Octavia or used said tracker on his phone to look for Octavia.

- If he was actually trying to be a better father figure, Stolas would actually acknowledge that he is the problem and make sweeping changes to avoid the same problem from happening.

- “Loo Loo Land” and “Seeing Stars” are practically the same episodes regarding Stolas/Octavia’s conflict with a different code of paint. How many times will Stolas learn not to repeat his mistakes and actually be there for his daughter? How many chances do we the audience and Octavia have to give Stolas for him to learn anything.

- Octavia was right for cutting him off. Actions have consequences and Stolas needs to realize that. Along with making sweeping changes regarding his behavior in general. Stella and Andrealphus in their own ways suck as guardians because of how neglectful they are. And, I hope she ditches them both and moves out.

Loona

- Loona was abusive in “Seeing Stars.” In 2:35, Loona throws knifes and daggers at Blitzø. Blitzø is consistently running away from Loona as she is chasing him with inanimate objects like the water cooler and successfully threw it at his face (which obviously hurts him as he tears up).

- In 2:44, Loona tackles Blitzø, hitting him repeatedly with a painting. He successfully escapes and hides behind the couch where Millie and Moxxie are sitting, this is abuse. At the end of the episode, she kicks Blitzø in the balls for no reason even after she makes a speech about how much dads are trying their best.

- Imagine if Blitzø was doing this to his own daughter. Would you still think this is a joke? “Loona is the voice of reason and the one who knows about stolas and vias life.” Loona doesn’t know the full story about Stolas and Octavia’s life otherwise she would’ve said more. Loona doesn’t know that Stolas was in an arranged marriage, she doesn’t know that Stella is physically abusive towards Stolas, etc.

- All Loona knows is that Stolas and his grimoire was their only source to the human world in season 1. In season 2, Loona literally referred to Stolas as a “meal ticket.” 🤣 You would think if Loona knew more about Stolas she wouldn’t refer to him as a “meal ticket.”

- “I think Viv is cooking up an arc behind the scenes.” I hope so, we are going to be on season 3 and we haven’t gotten much Loona content. Once season 3 and 4 of Helluva Boss is done I’ll gladly rewatch the show and take notes.

Valentino:

- If Valentino was a normal, average goofy run of the mill villain where the audience is not supposed to take seriously then I would get it. But the problem is that Valentino is a rapist personified. Him being charming and charismatic is one thing but being goofy and quirky is very tone deaf on Vivziepop and the writers’ side.

- Just because Angel Dust allegedly went to him doesn’t give Valentino the right to physically abuse or rape him. At the moment we don’t know how Valentino and Angel Dust even met in the first place, we only know that Angel Dust is a slave to Valentino. Either way, when their origin story comes out we can argue about that another day.

- I do get the appeal with Valentino’s voice. Joel Perez is a talented actor and singer, he does the best work he can with the goofy lines given to him. Luckily, I’m not picky so I immediately got used to his voice. I personally prefer Paranoid DJ as Valentino but at the end of the day it’s a personal preference/opinion.

- “But he gets cut slack because he can be sympathetic or nice to people around him.” 😭 There is so much wrong with this sentence. A rapist should never be portrayed as sympathetic or misunderstood. Also Valentino 99% of the time isn’t nice. He throws a tantrum mostly everywhere he goes including to Vox in episode 2.

Vivziepop:

“She is a creative genius who took inspiration from south park, family guy and bojack horsemen and all of this powerful artist writing and talent went into the show with its beautiful directing. She is my idol and had been from the start.” Vivziepop is absolutely a creative person. Oh, she’s your idol. Neat!

Just got back from seeing Elio and AAAAAH IT WAS SO SWEET AND CUTE PLEASE GO SEE IT so I’m just gonna write down all the thoughts I can think of the movie with gradually decreasing coherence (spoilers below)

Honestly it’s so real that Elio in his time of grief got so deeply attached to something that brought him comfort in his darkest times, can relate

I was kinda expecting/dreading Glordon to turn on Elio due to a perceived betrayal due to the whole bargaining chip thing like “was I really your friend at all?” but I was really pleasantly surprised when they didn’t do that! They stayed friends the whole movie!

This is more of a me thing but despite the movie literally being in outer space, the scope of the movie felt smaller than I anticipated? I guess I kinda expected Elio and Glordon to like go on the run hopping from planet to planet and I would have liked to see that, but I’m not faulting the movie itself for it since the marketing wasn’t very good and the movie was really good for what it was

The horror bits! Oh my god. They were so weirdly good and just the right amount of scary for me. The scene where Olga follows clone Elio’s hair down the hall and into Elio’s room had my jaw ON THE FLOOR

LORD GRIGON!!!! - he is the one dad ever who went to therapy he was such a good character it took me COMPLETELY off guard when he ripped his armor off to hold his dying son like MY GASTS WERE FLABBBBEREDDDDDDD it felt the same as that one part in Bluey’s The Sign where Bandit ripped the sign out of the ground IT WAS SO SWEET IM DEAD

I LOVE how Olga wanted to be an astronaut and she did end up going to space in the end I love that for her

The movie kinda like gave me this weird existential feeling of like “are we alone in the universe” but like not in a bad way. I haven’t really thought much about like aliens before but I don’t know, I think this movie might have changed that for me

THE PART WHERE THE ALIENS MESSAGE WAS ON ALL THE SCREENS AAAAAAH I LOVED IT I DONT KNOW WHY BUT I LOVED IT SO MUCH

I really like the whole thing about like “needing” to go into the carapace to become bigger, stronger, scarier so you can participate in the adult’s world but in doing so you lose true connections with people because you can never show your vulnerable soft side again like it feels like an allegory for masking/unmasking it was kinda cool

ELIO AND GLORDON WERE FUCKING ADORABLE AND I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AND I JUST WANT TO LIKE GIVE THEM HOT CHOCOLATE AND BLANKETS IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO THEM I WOULD BLOW UP THE WHOLE COMMUNIVERSE AND THEN MYSELF

Speaking of the communiverse the ambassadors were cool but like damn when it really came down to it they were kinda useless fr 🤣 (this isn’t a complaint I’m just taking the piss lmao I’m tired)

i feel like parts of the queer community still subconsciously think of other queer people in terms of like, Queer Points™ if that makes sense. like people will act like a trans woman character is somehow a "more diverse" choice than a trans man character because being trans earns you Queer Points™ and being a woman earns you Queer Points™ but being a man is The Patriarchy™ so it subtracts Queer Points™ and thus following our elementary school level logic this makes the potential trans woman character a "better" choice in terms of diversity

and this way of thinking leads to people holding onto subconscious biases that in my opinion leads to actually exclusionist rhetoric against other queer people. a bi person could get into a relationship with someone of the same or opposite sex, but when applying this fictional logic to real people, you get people asserting that bi people in seemingly hetero relationships are somehow less queer or less progressive than bi people in seemingly same-sex relationships, as if real bi people have to uphold the same standards of "good rep" that we hope to see from fiction.

this is how we also wind up constantly arguing over "but what about the hypothetical cis ace guy or the hypothetical cis hetero aro guy at pride??!?" because someone being asexual or aromantic with no other queer labels isn't seen as "visibly queer enough" to Really Count as queer. especially if the hypothetical guy we're getting mad over is cis.

obviously cis people don't need defending, but i also feel that this way of thinking has made a lot of people start acting very entitled about cis people's gender- rather, people they think aren't cis. if it's a close friend who's curious but hesitant about exploring their gender and you give them a nudge in the right direction, that's fine. but i've seen people become really invasive toward internet personalities and other complete strangers to them, often acting like they know this person better than they themself do, and any gender explorations in the future are always met with "i told you so" rather than "congratulations". i especially see this happening with creators people read as transfem, and it really does feel like a lot of it is rooted in the idea that trans people inherently get more Queer Points™ than cis (queer) people, and that women inherently get more Queer Points™ than men (cis or trans). the "so when are you starting E haha" jokes are so pervasive that when i as a transmasc person started playing a game that was fairly popular among trans women, i had a (cis) friend say, "so like... are you detransitioning now?" as if joking about a trans person being obligated to detransition because of a game isn't transphobic (or really uncomfortable and awkward at best)

no one type of queer person is "more queer" than any other. i am not somehow better than a cis bi person just because im trans and bi. someone who's gay or a lesbian isn't somehow more queer than me because they'll probably never get into a hetero relationship. trans women are not somehow more queer than trans men because theyre women. a cis ace and/or aro person is not somehow less queer than a trans ace and/or aro person. if we dont stop using this extremely basic logic on our community we're never going to actually understand acceptance, because this logic leaves acceptance up to conditional factors. it's so important that people start recognizing when they do this (because hell, even i've caught myself doing it) and start to unlearn this way of thinking.

The mission was supposed to be simple. You and Hongo were to disguise yourselves and infiltrate a Marine Gala. Find out what they were up to and rescue your crew mates.

Hongo gritted his teeth and clenched his jaw. This was supposed to be simple, he reminded himself. However, Shanks said you needed to seduce an admiral who had info on what you needed.

And you were dancing with this disgusting man. The mans hands were dangerously low on your hips. He noticed a bit of tension in your shoulders.

You were definitely cursing Shanks internally. The man was definitely getting a right hook into the face when you guys got back.

This admiral had kept you at his side the entire night, despite him having a date of his own and you coming with Hongo. You looked severely uncomfortable, and he could see it.

Then he saw you work your magic. You were the best pickpocket in the grandline. You snatched the keys off him with ease. You had wordlessly communicated what info you needed. As Yasopp and Limejuice got captured while drunk, and you now knew where they were being held. Idiots.

He adjusted the collar of the tuxedo he wore. It was an unusual outfit for him. But your dress... God, the shimmer of the purple garment made you look radiant and goddess like. Though he wanted to enjoy you with that dress on the floor...

You finally managed to get away the admiral, his date finally dragging him away, and you giving the woman a wordless nod of thanks, one she returned. You walked over to Hongo, who you watched become more and more infuriated as the night drew out.

His whole body visibly relaxed when you wrapped your arms around him from behind and rested your chin on his shoulder. He let out a long sigh.

"God, thought that rat was going to steal you away from me. I would have gone mad."

"I could never leave you doc~ he could never please me in the ways you do~" you purred in his ear, making him stiffen but relax immediately.

"Oh sweetheart, dont tease. You might get more than ya bargained for~" he grinned before turning to press a kiss.

You returned it but pulled away too quickly for his liking. As much as you'd love to indulge in the blonde, you had 2 idiots and a captain who was going to need medical attention when you got your hands on him waiting for you both.

Yasopp and Limejuice had luckily sobered up. You seamlessly managed to knock the guards out with one swing of the staff.

Yasopp lit up at your sudden appearance. "Sweetheart! You came! You didn't come with Benn, did ya? He'll scold me to the moon and back."

Hongo walked up into the light, and Yasopp was visibly shrinking. Benn was bad, but Hongo could be worse at times. Limejuice gave a groan.

You made it back to the Red Force and were already sailing off. Hongo looked defeated. He secretly wanted to dance with you but never got the chance.

You saw it and gathered the boys to play a soft number before walking over to a curious Hongo. You giggled as you offered your hand, his eyes lighting up. He gladly pulled you close to him as you began to dance a simple waltz with him.

It wasn't grand or anything like the Gala. But dancing with your lover under the gorgeous moonlight and soft music your crew produced felt so much more special to him.

You would always give your last dance to him. And he cherished the moment every time.
