I’m loving how people are reading into the things we placed into the intro the ways that they are, because we totally did want as many of the aspects of it to be full of symbolism through the visuals as well as with the camera work, and have subtle “spoilers” without being spoilers (basically a kind of title sequence where as you keep watching the series you be like the Leonardo DiCaprio meme when you see the title sequence again in the following episode lol)

Like when I pitched the kaleidoscope bit, I explained it as kinda my way of trying to visualize how Jentry’s world feels like it’s literally shattering and getting overwhelming with the sheer volume of shit she keeps getting exposed to (the kaleidoscope imagery is a ton of fractured images of past traumatic moments as well as key story content too if you know what to look for)

I am an eighteen year old female. I've always been into the idea of hypnotist since I believe elementary school, and found it as a kink when I hit 16. So you bet that when I turned 18 I really dove right into it to get to know more about it.
