reminder that your imagination will never ask anything of you. it will never require you to be perfect or put together in order to manifest. your 3D can be a total mess and you can still manifest your desires.
you can have a million and one problems and still manifest your desires.
you can feel as though you’re nowhere near where you want to be in life and still manifest your desires.
you can be at rock bottom and still manifest your desires.
manifesting requires nothing. you don’t have to do xyz first or do abc before you can manifest. you don’t have to do anything to or in the 3D before you can manifest. circumstances will never matter regardless how unfavorable, messy, unexpected, or undesirable they are.

hello, I’m Tiffany and this is my manifestation diary! If you haven’t read my previous diary entries yet, recently I’ve come to the realization that I’ve overcome all of my obstacles and there truly is nothing in my way except for me. So I made the decision yesterday to put my foot down and take the leap of faith, in other words, stop putting off manifesting my dream life because of fear. now this account will hold not just my diary entries but also the documentation of my journey to finally and seriously manifest my dream life.

ㅤㅤㅤ𝐈. ⊰ ۫ 🐻‍❄️ ◌ ִ ੭ ˑ DEFINING THE OBJECTIVE
I want to make the end goal a bit more clear, the term dream life is both pretty straightforward and a bit vague. what would I like my dream life to include? how would my dream life make me feel? and ofc, I’m not just manifesting my dream life, I’m manifesting my dream self. what would my self concept be? how would I like to be?
tiffany’s dream life check list - what it means to live my dream life
attend my dream school
be 100% perfectly healthy (physically, mentally, emotionally, in every way basically)
have good eating habits and a good relationship with food
have perfect straight A pluses (revision to previous grades as well)
have the perfect friend group for me
healthy, super soft, hydrated, moisturized, smooth clear skin (and elimination of acne genes) (body + face)
perfect tangle free hair at all times, pretty, voluminous, bombshell hair
a healthy, perfect, loving relationship with everyone in my family
own a super cute and fluffy golden retriever puppy
high paying jobs for my parents <3
have a rolls royce with a pink exterior
grow taller
have every single clothing item I’ve saved on Pinterest
have my YouTube channel blow up
complete head to toe desired appearance
desired lifestyle
perfect eyesight
be super good at makeup and have all desired products
have a gorgeous bedroom
have a very active and lively social life
have the perfect, most ideal school, social, and home life
completely healed phone addiction
have a lot of desired hobbies that I’m very good at
have a fun and eventful life, always have fun plans and something going on
be on the right track career-wise
elimination of social anxiety and shyness
high self esteem and confidence
be more in touch with my culture
be a complete master at manifestation
huh, this is shorter and less serious than I thought it’d be, ig this was also a way of getting out of my own head. I thought manifesting my dream life would be a bit challenging for some reason, but ig a dream life rlly isn’t as complex as I thought it was. I mean now I feel silly, it’s just a dream life! nothing more than a lifestyle and a few personal fixes. I feel like I just got humbled.
𝐈𝐈. ʚ ⊹ ִ⏲️ 𑁯͟ ɞ THE OUTLINE
alright, I know what I want and I know how manifestation works. but just to make sure I don’t over complicate anything or things dont get confusing, I’ll create a sort of plan or outline. Little steps I can fall back on if I get a bit lost.
step number one we have covered, have a desire
step number two, put your foot down and make the firm decision that you have it. this decision is for good, nothing u do can take this decision away so don’t u dare worry about “ruining progress” or “messing up”— u’re better than that.
step number three, once you’ve decided it’s done, it’s done. the only and I mean it when I say only thing for you to do is to act like it. imagine you, the creator of your reality, making the decision that you have something only to then be like “is it coming?” “do I have it?” BE FR!! act like you have it, think like you have it, and see the world as if you have it— because you do. you decided you did, didn’t u? It’s ur reality, what u say, goes. and no, you’re not acting like u have it to get something out of the 3D, you’re doing it for your sanity. Because you deserve a break, you deserve relief, you deserve to be the you that has it all!! let yourself be in the sowf because why shouldn’t u be certain you have it? don’t entertain anything that says u don’t. getting in the sowf is easy, u deciding u have it is all the confirmation u need. there’s no reason for u to not be certain u have it.
sowf = knowing that u have it
step number four, optional not necessary but it’s really gonna help and is fun. immerse yourself in the new story. experience it!! have fun!! u finally got what u want, u finally r who u want to be, so choose to live that life!! try methods for the sake of fulfilling urself (never to make anything appear in the 3D, u know better, 3D desperation doesn’t get anybody anywhere.) try out methods to have fun and be more familiar with having what u want.
that’s it girl, that’s all u gotta do, that’s all u ever had to do. decide it, experience it, assume it. u don’t always have to feel “good” or “happy” u just have to know u have what u want, u just have to assume. the goal is to truly know that u have it, to be faced with the 3D and still know it in ur bones u have what u want. u deserve to trust urself like that, u deserve to be fulfilled like that, and u deserve those things from YOU not from the 3D. U deserve to feel secure in urself, don’t let ur security come from the 3D. loa bloggers mean it when they say the materialization is simply the cherry on top and I get that now. For me, it’s about being able to depend and trust urself, to rely on urself, and in that way everything else comes off the pedestal.

Ignoring symptoms/outer world and detaching while entering the void state

So I got this question & post idea in my DM and it's a great suggestion cuz I personally used to struggle with that and seen others struggle w/ it too.

So y'all are focusing too much on the 3d AND the thought that you are focusing on the 3d and that you shouldn't focus on the 3d. How to detach from it?
1. First of all stop focusing so much on the thought/belief that you ARE focusing on the 3d and to enter the void you HAVE to NOT feel it AT ALL cuz if you while inducing think like "ok I feel this symptoms but I'm also hearing this and why do I still feel my pillow" LIKE DON'T. Just relaxxxx we're not telling you'll to relax for nothing! Cuz I realised form my experience that if I stress that my family is being loud or if I'm feeling symptoms and that i shouldn't move AT ALL (as if I'm in some statue statue game olympics 🗿🥴) it brings my focus back on the physical world. But when I am relaxed i just don't give a fuck. Think about the time you were SO tired after a long day of being outside and you just wanted to go home and sleep, when you finally got to go in bed did you have any care in the world what's going on in the 3d? Ask yourself
2. You have two rooms if you don't wanna be in room A you just go in room B. Be in 4d to not be in 3d. Like as simple as that. Think, affirm, daydream whatever the fuck you do like literally have a party in your mind i don't care as long as you're not aware of the 3d anymore! You know what works best for you. You do not have to follow a damn method EXACTLY step-by-step. Make it your own. For me I can't only affirm and be only in the 4d cuz it's daily life for me to affirm so what I do is affirm while imagining or just imagine. And many time when I wasn't even trying to induce but was just imagining scenarios to sleep i wasn't aware of the outside world at all. Sometimes while thinking myself to sleep i felt whatever I was seeing behind my eyelids literally form and become more vivid as if I was actually in front of it (it was fun ngl 🤡) so yeah basically do what works for you. I can't tell you what works for you, no one can. Only you. (I wEnT cRaZy OvEr YoU)
3. For some people it can be fear. Fear of suddenly having everything they want (unlike what the damn bitch society have told everyone) so just accepting if you have this fear and telling yourself it doesn't have to be hard, painful the way society told us, everything is meant to be easy and just flow for us. Or your body/mind might be scared of "leaving" your body here or find it unusual but regardless telling yourself and body "you're safe, I am safe" is a great way. Writing down your fear and tearing it can also help.
Understand actually having it/ being in the wish fulfilled state
So you said you're in the void in the 4d but asking for help, even tho I obviously don't mind helping at all, you wouldn't be asking for help if you were actually in the wish fulfilled. F the terms you ARE actually in the void. I'm not just saying it as an aff or whatever. You actually are in the void 25/8. The void is within you. The void IS you. It is YOUR God state. Wdym you have it in the 4d and not in 3d??YOU JUST HAVE IT. You don't TRY to get into an awake or asleep state you just are in it when you are. Void is just like a mix of both being aware but asleep. You're not entering some completely different realm you are going within. When you force yourself to sleep you're just becoming more and more awake. But when you just let it happen it not only happens, it's effortless. Why treat Void state any different? It's not some magical thing getting you your desires YOU ARE. you can manifest anything in awake state too and you are the one manifesting in the void so don't put it on a pedestal please.
Nothing is holding you back from inducing the void state. If you believe nothing is, nothing is. Nothing can. Nope not even the 3d, not even the doubts. The law is always working. Stand in your power.

no greater power outside of urself actually exists - and dont come for me cuz this is just my opinion and my own assumption but i dont think that any power outside of myself exists. so im not religious and i dont rly buy into the whole "ask the universe" type of things bcuz whatever i assume to be true is true and im the deciding factor in everything. if i assume that greater powers exist then they exist etc.
manifestation techniques are overrated - all you have to do to manifest is affirm -> persist. thats essentially all you have to do and when i first started i was so caught up in techniques and routines that i wasn't even affirming/persisting. i was doing anything and everything and i saw manifestation as a process and manifestation is NOT a process. when i shifted that and realized that manifesting is instant and all techniques are for funsies, the pressure was taken off.
impossible simply does not exist - the very concept of impossible is impossible cuz u wouldn't be able to conceptualize it if it wasn't possible. the fact that u can think it is proof that it is possible. stop classifying ur desires as impossible cuz ur only limiting urself.
ditch logic - manifestation is NOT logical. logic is literally a man made concept and u rly start to have doubts and negative assumptions when u accept logic as truth. leave logic OUT of manifestation and literally just manifest it.
stop looking for proof - there are so many skeptics about the loa but there are even more ppl who actually apply the law and manifest whatever they want. and its one thing to consume loa success stories on the internet but you need to prove it to YOURSELF. and the only way to do that is to apply.

stop treating the outer world as some kind of “track package” button. that’s not how this works. the outer world is not going to be what tells you if your desire is yours. it never had that kind of power to begin with, it’s a reflection so take it off the pedestal. stop asking if your desire is “almost here” or “on its way” this isn’t amazon. you either have it or you don’t, there is no “almost” having it or having it “soon”. I AM is present tense and so you’re either fulfilled or you’re not. focus on having it now because now is all that matters.

shifting isn’t something you reach. it’s something you have.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately: shifting isn’t something you need to reach.
It’s something you already have.
It’s a skill — something you carry within you, the ability to shift your awareness into other realities, into other versions of yourself, into these incredible worlds that exist for you.
So if I’ve done it before (and I have), then I know I have the ability. I know how to shift.
Which makes me wonder… is all this obsessing — all the subs, the affirmations, the rituals, the buildup — is it really helping me? Or is it just adding pressure?
Because when I finally lay down at night, it’s not effortless anymore.
I’ve been anticipating it all day:
“Omg I can’t wait for 11, that’s when I’m gonna shift.”
So when 11 hits, suddenly it’s like:
“Crap, now I have to shift. I’ve been waiting all day for this.”
That anticipation turns into pressure. That pressure turns into resistance.
And it’s not that I don’t want to shift — I do. I’m not gonna waste this summer. I’ve had too many summers where I said, “This is the one,” and never followed through. I still want to try, still want to align, still want to go. But I don’t want to obsess. I don’t want to use shifting to escape my life. I want to enhance it.
Because I deserve both.
So yes, during the day I’ll still be on Tumblr, I’ll still be active, I’ll still post, I’ll even open my ask box to help more people — especially after seeing how many notes that last method I posted got, and how many people told me it worked for them or led to mini-shifts. That’s why I love this community — not just to meet like-minded people and get inspired, but also to inspire others.
But personally, I want to obsess less and live more.
I want to build my dream life here while still manifesting the one there.
Because I deserve both.
I deserve to shift.
I deserve a beautiful life here too.
I deserve the grades I want. The scholarships. The body. The health. The joy. The friendships.
I deserve to build a life I’m proud of — both in this world and the next.
So I’m gonna focus on that. I’m gonna build my study schedule for the next school year. I’m gonna design my diet and my workout routine. I’m investing in myself. I’m buying the equipment I need. I’m actually doing things to better my life.
And no, I’m not leaving the shifting community — this blog is still for that. But I think it’s also going to become a manifestation and mindset blog too. Less just dreaming, more doing.
Because shifting gave me hope.
And I want that hope to live here, not just in another world.
As someone who’s dealt with real mental health struggles, that hope means everything.
And if I’m going to place that hope anywhere, it’s not just going to be over there.
It’s going to be right here too.
I want to build the life I dream of.
Not just in my DR — but in this one too.
Because I deserve both.
And I’m done pretending I don’t.

EXPLAIN THE METHOD: Music Time!
Music is a perfect example of manifesting without overthinking, and let me tell you why!

Music is ancient, and it has always been a way to pray, tell stories, and express things—both those we can explain and those we can’t. As a Neapolitan, I can tell you we have songs about everything—literally everything. Even the funicular has its own song!
Music has always been, and always will be, a special part of my life. Over time, I realized that music not only influenced my mood and emotions but also shaped my surroundings and energy. As the years passed, I discovered something even more profound—I had been manifesting long before I even understood what manifesting was.
I started using this knowledge to my advantage by creating go-to songs for specific energies and manifestations.

How do you do it?
In your everyday life, you probably already have songs that make you feel something strong and carry a unique flow. It could be because of the lyrics, the images the song brings to your mind, the confidence it gives you, or even the rush of adrenaline you feel. That energy is exactly what you need to tap into for manifesting.
Create a playlist: Gather all the songs that align with the vibe of what you’re manifesting. Listen on repeat: Play the playlist regularly and let yourself immerse in the energy it creates.
Over time, you’ll naturally begin to associate the visualizations and emotions evoked by the music with your desires. This connection will help you manifest effortlessly, as the playlist becomes a powerful tool dedicated to bringing your desires into reality.
Examples:
There are already many artists who manifest through their songs, and a great example is Ariana Grande. Many of her songs, both old and new, reflect the things she wanted to manifest.
Songs like Focus, Just Like Magic, Successful, 7 Rings, and others clearly embody the energy and desires she brought into her reality.
