one of my other big motivators to lose weight is to not feel so disgusting in summer. like not sweating so much, not being red in the face all the time, my thighs not touching, being a bit cold, feeling good in swimsuits and little tops.

I'm so tired of repeating the cycle of feelig like i can do it to just thinking "fuck it, i don't care". i do. i care so fucking much, i've cared about it for YEARS since i was a kid. i did it, actually did it, twice in my life. only once i felt like i really had control over it, it was like 2022.... the first time i did it i was only 13 and my life was hell.....i need to do it....i lost 20kg already i just need 20 more. i did it pretty fast, i felt great about myself while doing it, i know i can do it again.....
that's it. i'm done. i will lose 20 more before summer. there's time. i can do it. in the meantime i will read more, study more, learn more, go out more, shop more.
I'M DONE!
