Like
Feeling hungry? That's because you're a skinny bitch
Skipping dinner? That's because you're a skinny bitch
Having a diet soda while everyone else has burgers? Such skinny bitch behaviour
Skinny is a mindset
Fake it til you make it
Also saves me from getting super depressed about my body? Sometimes it feels like change just isn't happening and I get really bummed out and struggle to stay motivated.
But if I tell myself I'm already a skinny bitch I'm like

Random d!3t I'm doing. The "you can't 3@t until you do __" d!3t. Let me explain. So I know that everyone always says "busy girls are sk!ññy girls" but a lot of us don't have many things to do or we're just not active people so this will solve that. Just start off by deep cleaning your room saying "I can't 3@t until I finish this" then usually by the time you're done with your room you're going to have some dishes you need to put in the sink. Whenever you're done with the dishes you're going to say how "I can't 3at, I already did the dishes I'm going to need to clean the kitchen to go with it" and just continue until it's bedtime. Be creative with it. Like check all emails separately or read that whole book you've been putting off. Trust me this is one of the most effective d!ets I've done (not really a d!3t but whatever)

omg i just went to my grandma's and she said some wild things
she said one of my cousin's girlfriend looked anorexic and just played with her food and compared her with a cousin that was (maybe still is idk) bulimic
not even 1 minute later she called one of my cousins thats in her early 30s FAT, that she had a big back and was shaped like and old woman literally what my 80 yo grandma said
this is so motivating and triggering cause I remember the disgust in her face while she said all those things!
I have to lose weight or she will say the same about me!! (not that she hasn't before while I was growing💀)
